Zero stars if Yelp would let me. I sent a request via Yelp for quotes from roofing companies to repair a leak. Tyrone Jara, the owner, responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes. He came the next morning to inspect and gave a verbal quote. Quote was very reasonable. So I scheduled the repair for six days later when he said they were available. So far, so good right? All down hill from there. No one showed up on the service date, so I messaged Tyrone, who did not respond for nearly an hour. He eventually said their current job had issues and they would be there another hour. Would've been nice if someone had let me know since I took time off from work to be home for the appointment. So I messaged him back immediately asking if they were still coming after the other job was done. Tyrone never responded and they didn't come. The next day I asked again and he finally responded that they'd come between 2:00 and 3:00 that day. Again no one showed up so I inquired again. Tyrone said because it was raining they would ""hold off"". I immediately asked if he meant hold off until later in the day or hold off for another day. Again, he never responded. I've messaged him two more times to see if he still wanted the job, but days later and he has never responded. Extremely poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from this company. I can't attest to the quality of their work since they would never show up when they said and the owner just stopped responding. I guess he feels like he's doing you a favor by taking a job and you should just deal with his poor customer service and not expect to be told when they're not going to show up. I wouldn't hire this guy now if he said he'd do it for free!

I found these guys through a search for roof repair on YELP. The owner responded quickly! Just by viewing the photo, he responded with a quote of $325-550. Others had to come out, and had quoted $2100, $1000, and $875. Through our conversations on YELP, I had scheduled a time for him to come out. I ""thought"" he was coming out to give a more firm estimate when I said ""Ok"". I never thought they were going to give an actual quote just by viewing a photo. I came home from work at the time I ""thought"" a quote was going to be given, to find out, half of my roof was torn apart!! To my shock, that quote was the actual quote, and my ok was for them to come out and actually do the work. In under an hour, 2 guys who I stood watching working VERY hard, were finished. Watching them work, I could tell they knew what they were doing, and seemed to have done a good job! They cleaned up once completed, and had their boss/owner, overseeing the work. The owner was very friendly, and was VERY pleased with the price, and workmanship. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing roofing repairs!

I called this gentleman after another company damage my home during installation of my roof. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answering my question despite the fact that another company had done the roofing work!! He spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me listening attentively when he did not have to. This says a lot for this company. I am truly appreciative of this and encourage others to give them a try. I intend to use this company for my next project. I gave 4 stars based on my interactive experience with this gentleman during my roof estimate inquiry and my phone call conversions after another roofing company's unwillingness to account for damage to my home. The also offer military discounts to veterans.
