I can't believe 4.9 for this company for what ?
They damaged the soffits vents when they fixed the roof and told me we are not responsibl to fix it !!
Very bad customer service and very rude stuff
More than 10 thousand dollars I spent for this roof

I found this company via Yelp last year when i was relocating to Orlando from South Florida. I had bought a new house and it needed roof work done before i moved in. I had multiple companies come out and give me pricing and their opinion/recommendations (all three were highly rated on Yelp and google). Tyler came out on the day and time specified, he was communicative, nice and easy to deal with. He really took the time to look at everything, crawled in both attic spaces and outside on my 2 story hip roof and gave me his opinion and photos to support his recommendations and pricing. All 3 companies gave me a different scope of work, however i am in the construction industry and Tylers scope was the most on point and he also listened to what my needs and wants were and kept that in mind when giving me his recommendations. They didnt try and sell me a re-roof (which a lot of companies will even if you dont need it) and I liked this and found them to be honorable in this regard. I found their price to be competitive for a company that is licensed and insured, and the work they did was done well and supervised and checked. What was most important to me was not only the work done, but if any of it failed, what their response would be and how it would be handled. Can i get in touch with them again? Are they responsive after the work was completed?
Well, i recently found out. I had 2 leaks this past week that have been getting worse. I was obv upset because i thought it was the roof. I called Tyler, and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look. He came when he said he would, climbed up in the attic and took a good look around, and found that it is my chimney leaking. He made my life easier by referred me to a stucco guy whos coming out this afternoon. I like that they are not pushy, they make me feel well informed as to what they think and WHY via photos, answering all of my questions and very easy to deal with and get in touch with (i hate chasing contractors!) I definitely recommend them, and look forward to our continued relationship. THANK YOU TYLER!!!

Had three estimates done on my home in Orlando. Wormley roofing was the most expensive of all three, but they seem the most reputable. Boy was I wrong. Just got the final bill and they added $2,200 to replace wood. Not a call from them explaining why they need to replace 414 linear foot of wood.
Update: negotiated wood cost down to $1500. Father and son came out to inspect roof. As before very knowledgeable and have a lot of good contacts. Apologized for not giving me a call on the wood. If I had known so much wood was rotten over the detached garage I probably would have torn it down.

This is one company that I would not hesitate to use again. Our neighbor used them after we did. They were informative, great work crew, and had great follow thru. They also gave us the best estimate. The bonus of having a great roof installed, is that it passed our insurance company's high standards and we benefited With lower insurance rates !!

We had a small job that many companies didn't want to bother with. Wormley contacted us quickly after our initial inquiry and provided a very reasonable quote. They completed the work in the exact amount of time they said they would, cleaned everything after they were finished, and provided us with a warranty to guarantee their work. We are very happy with our experience with them. Next time we need work on our roof, we are calling Wormley.
