They handled down-to-the-studs remodeling of two bathrooms riddled with aged plumbing and leaks, and a lovely cosmetic updating of the kitchen. Beautiful finishes, respectful updates of materials, and gave great attention to a few details that will greatly enhance aging in place.
There were some delays, but considering the condo is on the 3rd floor and some elevators were under repair, a couple of hurricanes in the middle of the work, and COVID regulations, this is not surprising. Workers wore masks, and were very courteous. Agustin is always positive, and attentive to requests. There is good communication during what can be a trying process.
