Find someone else who is more trustworthy. We used him based on prior work he did, for the company that did our solar install. We then had him do some work on our roof 1 year and 3 months ago, guaranteed his work for 2 years and our repair spot started leaking about 2 weeks ago. We have been trying to reach him for 2 weeks now, left voicemails and heard nothing back from this company. Finally today we got a call back and the lady who tells us Mr Woolf is out of the state and won't be back until after his work is out of warranty. She didn't even ask any details just told us he won't be back till after the warranty is over. We asked if that meant we are screwed and her reply was a simple, yes. After asking her about extending his guarantee she told us she would ask him if he calls her in the next day or so. Even this lady who finally answered the phone left us hanging and never returned our call. STAY AWAY FROM WOOLF ROOFING! Even going back to the original work he did do, he couldn't show up on our scheduled day and we gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he was busy. We should have seen the red flag and passed on his service. FIND YOURSELF A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! You may not have to worry about his horrible customer service cause this turd may be out of business. I'm not angry about the bad work he did and I paid for. I'm angry that he didn't stand behind his work that he guaranteed! Grade A

Not recommending this company! It was difficult to conduct business with the owner. He did an okay job, which took a very long time. Did not finish one of the things he said he would, and it was included in the price. Also, I had different safety concerns, which I addressed with him, such as leaving stuff in my back yard, which could have been a safety risk for a child and/or pet, such as niles and chemical containers.

Mischief Raccoon...
There is a raccoon roaming the neighborhood for sometime. This raccoon ended up on my roof Tuesday night and it was heard trying to find a way into my attic.
The following day, i got to see what damage he did to my roof. It's going to cost a few $$ but not enough damage to put in a insurance claim.
I called Woolf Roofer, he came out, gave me a estimate and has head to go ahead and had him fix my roof. The Raccoon. Was able to pull off the tiles, ripped up the covering and started to scratch up the plywood. Raccoon never made it inside the attic. Roofer made sure that the tile would not be removed next time. Can't say about the other parts of my roof. But at least I got a honest roofer.

I am not reviewing the quality of this company's work, but rather a complaint about one of this company's trucks almost running me off the road. One of their trucks pulling a trailer wanted in front of me, well, there wasn't enough room for him to clear my car. He proceeded to get in front of me anyway. Had I not slammed on my brakes, his trailer would have hit my car. He knew I was there, so it wasn't a problem of not looking over his shoulder. I honked of course and then we stopped at a stop sign. Taking off from the stop sign, this guy burns rubber and floors the gas causing his trailer to sway all over. It just wasn't safe not to mention the attitude. I would never do business with someone who acted this way.
