I have been using this company for about a year for repairs in my industrial building. In late October I had a technician come out. He spent less than an hour looking around and couldn't find the problem, I received an invoice for $500
About a month later (next rain) the leak was worse. I had them come back out. They charged me $557 to spend another hour or so looking for the problem and said they still aren't sure if it is fixed.

In my book, if you didn't do a thorough enough job the first time, you shouldn't be charging a second time for a job that wasn't done right in the first place.

I called to discuss this and was offered a $50 discount.

5 stars all the way! I had a roof leak I had been fooling with for 3 seasons. I had a handyman type roofer who always did good work but just couldn't get a handle on this. The leak got worse and last rainstorm part of my ceiling caved in. I was desperate now. Called several roofers, some from Yelp, some from friends and neighbors. Of course you can't get a roofer in a rainstorm but Taryn Woolbright called me back and asked about the previous repairs. I sent them a few pictures and they pulled my house up on Google earth. They called back and said they thought the leak is coming from the valley on the roof! Haven't been here yet and diagnosed the issue from pictures!!They sent a guy (Jeremy, who was friendly and informative) the next day. He looked it over to confirm and 2 days later a crew came for the repair! I am beyond pleased with the experience. EVERYBODY at this company is friendly, polite, caring, professional and competent. I personally went on the roof a few times to watch the work. Not only were they absolutely correct about the leak, they found another spot where the sheathing was getting wet and would cause a future leak. The pulled the tiles in the entire area, both sides of the valley, put down 2 new layers of felt re-weaved and cut back the valley tiles and replaced some broken tiles. The crew that came explained everything they were going to do and then everything that they did when finished.
They weren't cheap but the work and experience was 1st rate. Like the old saying ""buy once, cry once"". Pay for quality up front and you won't be sorry in the long run. I should have called them 3 years ago. I will be calling them back to cut back the tiles in the other valley to prevent any potential future problems on that side of the roof.

The roof on our 30+ year old house needed a tune up, so we had Woolbright's come out and give us an estimate. The scope of work was very nicely detailed with all steps, pictures and scale drawings of our entire roof.

The crew was on time, hard working, and very personable. They answered all my questions and put great care and effort into the job as if it was their own home. Lots of little extras performed so that things were ""right"" and not left later for chance. Much appreciated.
It's a messy job, but by the end of each day, no mess, no nails laying anywhere, no dirt, perfectly clean as if they were never here!

Also, they put together a packet of pictures and details for my records. No mysteries down the road as to what was done and where.

Thank you Jim Woolbright and company on a job well done. 100% recommended to all!

Searched for local roofing companies, and was happy to find Woolbright's. They did a reroof on a rental property and was the roofer we decided to go with. I got great compliments from the occupant, taking into consideration she worked flipping houses and knows the construction trade. She said "" these guys really worked hard and knew what they were doing"". After reviewing the finished work, I was really pleased they did everything they quoted and finished in the time frame proposed. Woolbright's made the whole experience seamlessly from start to finish and will definitely recommend to future inquiries for roofers. Great job guys.

We had several ""sliding tiles"" and a small leak. I called Dan's Roofing and waited a day and a half for the estimator, then got a no-show the day of the repair. No calls, no emails, simply ignored me. It's no wonder so may of Dan's reviews say customers had to ""get Dan's repair repaired""
Then I called a professional, Jim Woolbright. He came out the same day and carefully and methodically walked the entire roof. He took pictures and explained everything that needed to be addressed. The house is 25 years old and I had nightmares about paying for a new roof.
Woolbright roofers showed up on time and stayed until almost 7 pm to make sure there would be no leaks if it rained the next day. I cannot believe how passionate these guys are about their work. The crew leader found a few more areas that concerned him, especially sealing around chimneys and vent pipes. He even match the caulk to our bricks.
I highly recommend Woolbright's Roofing. If you read all the way through, you already know what I think of Dan's.

Thank you Jim for coming through, when all other roofers let me down. With the recent rain we have had, I found a large leak in my ceiling. I called many roofers and left many messages. Not one of them had to courtesy to call back and say they could not take on any work. When I found Woolbright's roofing, not only did Jim answer my call, he actually squeezed me in his busy schedule and was out the next day. He walked me through what needed to be done and actually found 2 other areas that needed attention. He gave me a fair price and was out a few days later to make the repairs, just as we are preparing for another deluge of rain this week. I can't THANK YOU enough Jim!!!!!!!!!
