If I could give negative stars I would. Unbelieveable, that other people think David Pekter is so honest. Before hiring him I checked internet reviews, they were all good, checked his license and his bond, everything looked good. Signed contract with this guy and paid him scheduled draws of over $25K and he looked like he was doing a great job. Then he started telling me that he had underbid the job. It wasn't long and he and his crew just disappeared. Left a portion of my roof with no tile and wide open to the elements. A bunch of broken tile on the roof that had to be replaced. I had to hire someone to get that finished and there are a lot of elements on my roof that are still not finished. In talking to my neighbor I found out that her house was liened for the material bill on her house that never got paid. His bond was pulled sometime during my job so they won't pay either. Use at your own risk!!

David is one of the most honest people I know and it was easy working with him knowing that he was looking out for what was best for me vs what he could make the most money on.

He helped me with a few projects and I will for sure use him again.
