I hired this company to replace wood around my windows. The scheduled day they were to come out, they didn't show up and rescheduled. The next appointment, they were very late. The owner was not onsight while work was being done. When I found a problem, and the workers left my yard a wreck, I called the owner. He came out to clean up all of their mess yet he didn't notice the mess when collecting the money for the job. In addition, when the workers were painting the boards, they layed them in my front yard and painted them which left paint lines all over the grass. Very unprofessional. After I paid the owner, I had not had time to look over their work. They did do a good job on the other windows with the exception of the caulk which is one of the most important parts. They barely used any caulk, so I will have to go back myself to caulk after paying all of this money. At any rate, when I discovered a problem with one of the windows, all the owner wanted to do is argue, raise his voice and tell me I'm wrong. The second I questioned anything, he immediately became defensive. You CAN NOT discuss anything with this man or find any fault. Why would he want to fix anything? He has my money. I had to tell him several times to lower his voice and calm down. I mean, I had neighbors outside. It was embarrassing. Suffice it to say, I will be repaying someone else to fix the problem I found.
