This is a top of the line roofing company! They have been in the roofing business for many years. We had a problem after the roof was installed and it was quickly fixed! Dependable, professional with lots of experience. What more could a local ask for?

I have never been more dissatisfied with a firm in my 40 years as a homeowner. We have called Mr. W back maybe 6 times for him to complete the job -- which in fact was never actually completed by him or his crew. It has been approximately a year and after it rains my ceilings look like they have been sprayed with a fire hose, condensation falls onto the hardwood floors. My house has a flat roof which is clearly a very poor design, but we were so frustrated with every interaction with Wonderlin that we are now paying another roofing company to install a brand new roof rather than attempting to deal with Wonderlin again.

Wish I did not have to do this, but after taking off work and rushing home to meet the roofer I get a call while waiting he was not coming. Now they did call to say they were not coming (only after I had been waiting already 45 min).
So in my book of life just showing up on time is most of the battle to getting life right, and if your hiring someone to do work ( because you work to pay them to work) your time is worth money also.
I will say that the person on the phone is very nice, but since they can't make the first call on time for a 6000sf roof ($$) I will take the business to people who know to be onetime, as the first step of doing business.

I recently bought a home (whoo-hoo!), and the inspector said that the front of the roof covering had come loose, creating a potentially leaky situation. He said that it might cost between $600-1,000 to repair, which is a lot, but it seemed important to have it fixed, and in home purchasing, money just flies through the air... So I got in touch immediately with the people who had put on the roof, namely Wonderlin Roofing. They agreed to send someone out promptly, which was much appreciated. Grover Wonderlin came and looked at the roof, saw the part that needed to be repaired (it was less serious than the inspector thought), fixed it in about no time flat, and then charged me nothing. You read that right: $0. He said that the roof was in good shape and that I probably wouldn't need to call for another seven years. Wow. Really impressive. When it comes time to call, I will definitely call them, and you should, too. Outstanding service.

After an inspection for solar panels showed we needed a new roof, we went with Wonderlin Roofing on the recommendations of two friends. The people are fast, professional, and willing to work with you at every juncture. Case in point: I wound up not being able to pay them on-time due to do some incompetence on the part of my refinance broker. (I had the funds, but couldn't tap them: suffice to say, it was complicated and extremely frustrating.) For the next two months, I did what I could to pay Wonderlin in the bits I could grab. They worked with me all through this time, and were incredibly patient. I would definitely recommend them.
