STOP.Don't use this people very they did my roof in 2021 and they told me that they will replace any bad wood that i have and now i find out that my sealings is starting to fall because the wood by the fireplace was bad and was never replace and i have water coming in to my fireplace and the owner Wayne told me that's what happend for being cheap I PAID $18000.00 for this job and that was his estimated. very unprofessional and this Guy don't care about his costumer they promise the world and ones you paid they won't stand behind their work .

Our home owner's insurance required us to put a new roof on our home. I contacted several roofer's in Ocala for estimates. When Wayne, the owner of Wizard Roofing came to give me the quote, I found him to be very personable. He took his time and gave his quote. I had other quotes by then and he was very comparable with what I had already.
But I thought he was the most trustworthy and I liked how he handled our meeting. I hired him on the spot and never regretted it.
His team was very through and worked hard and long hours. They replaced some of the plywood that had gotten damp and did a fantastic job of it.
My roof is straight and level and looks TERRIFIC!
It only took them 2 days to do the job because they came early and left late.
I have had several thunderstorms to try out the new roof and we have no issues. I didn't expect we would either.
Wizard Roofing as also worked on my parent's home. They had a leak at a place where 2 different angles of their roof meets, Another company didn't get it fixed and stopped answering calls. Others didn't want to do it because it was a small, pain in the neck job. Wizard Roofing came and did the job and got the problem solved.
I highly recommend Wayne and his company, Wizard Roofing!

We bought a small bungalow with two different roofs. One is a pitcher roof over the older portion of the roof and the other is a flat roof on what seems to be an addition to the house.

When we bought the house, we were told there was still a warranty on the flat roof and provided the paperwork for the warranty.

A couple of years after we moved in, we began having issues with some leaking.

We called in a roofing company, and in their opinion, the flat roof was the issue and suggested we call in our warranty to have repairs completed.

So, we called the company on the warranty, Wizard Roofing.

They came out, looked at the roof, and declined to do any warranty work. They stated the issue was not their work, but the product they used on the roof. They stated their warranty would not cover product, only shoddy work.

They told us they would charge us to ""fix"" the issues since they wouldn't complete it under warranty.

Here's my thing, if you can't stand behind the products you choose, I'm not going to pay you to come out and do more work with more inferior products and pay to have you give me a warranty you won't stand behind.

On a side note, another roofer came out and told me this roofing company should have no problem having the product replaced by the company they purchased it from if it was really defective. Unfortunately, the job is too big for him so we have to go with another company.

I can't leave a bad review on the BBB for Wizard roofing, because of course they aren't even listed.

Didn't show for estimate during the time established and didn't call until the next day. Nevertheless, I selected them since they told me they could do repairs using my current shingles so there would be nothing noticeable. No so. Delivered shingles and they left on the grass for days prior to finally doing repairs (after repeated calls to them) and shingles were the wrong color. When I complained about the shingle color, they were replaced with a color somewhat close to the color but 3 weeks later the roof was leaking. They did come and repair this problem within a couple of days. Had a friend show used them to replace their roof several years ago and were totally pleased so maybe they are better with total replacement rather than repairs.
