It's been a couple of years now since Winter Roofing re-roofed my house. Just want to echo all the other reviews. They do a really good job and Tom, who comes out to inspect and delivers the bid is really helpful. They had to scrape both a shake and underneath a shingle roof off my house before installing the new composite roof. Don't hesitate if you need a new roof. Great work and a good price.

I was very pleased with Winter Roofing and wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only were they considerably less expensive than the other companies I had bid the job, they were wonderful to work with. My roof was so old there were spots where the shingles had blown off. I was concerned there would be added charges for possible rot but that was not the case. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the jobs that were ahead of me but it was so worth the wait and the roof looks amazing!!

These people are the real deal. Tom showed up at my house after I received 2 other quotes for a complete re-roof. Funds were tight and I let Tom know that up front. Tom came down from my roof and told me I still have a good 2-3 years left with my current roof. I was quite stunned when I heard this and admire his honesty and professionalism. A few days later he emailed me the quote and we proceeded with the work. The workers showed up today at the time discussed and got right to work. I am doing some work on my house as well and pointed out a couple areas where I saw loose flashing. The roofer went around and fixed every area I pointed out. I like to keep a small network of good contractors and I will for sure use these guys again.

Got 3 quotes for a new flat roof to be installed to a rental house. Winter roofing tied in price with another company, except they included an additional tapered system in the bid.

When it came time to start the project, it rained. After two last minute re-schedule due to weather, we moved the project four months out. Then we had to fine tune the dates due to my vacation schedule, tenant's schedule, my other contractors' schedule. Each time we moved the project date, Tom was super-responsive and accommodating.

Once the project started, they worked everyday and completed ahead of schedule. Since I'm not on-site, Tom would send me status via email. Part of the job was dry rot repair, which was quoted on time and material. I felt uneasy about it since this house had been leaking for years, I thought for sure it had rotten badly inside. The repair came out to be $200, much lower than what I anticipated.

There was a minor misunderstanding with the office when they sent their invoice. The issue was promptly resolved as soon as Tom got involved. Overall the project was well managed, execution was smooth. I would not hesitate to use them again for my next project.

Have meet Mr. Tom Jordan from Winter Roofing for diagnose of a leaking roof. Winter Roofing was referred by RedBeacon services through Home Depot and RedBeacon was completely on target choosing Tom and his company as the recommended service provider among others. I have climbed to the roof and Tom described the issues with the old roof, its construction, fixing and replacement options. He is truly a gentleman and trustworthy. I have made notes on his recomendations and will only call Tom and his company in the future for roofing services. Without any hesitation, I would strongly recommend Tom Jordan and Winter Roofing.

My complaint is not with the initial service. I hired this company to do my roof and found the price and work to be unbeatable. This was 13 years ago. I recently had a leak that spread the length of 1 bedroom along the window and I called them on the warranty. I read more carefully and they didn't cover past 8 years. My estimate from them was near 1k for the repair ! My roofing material was a 30 years material, but, if it leaks, they'll charge you a lot to come out and fix it! Too bad! I recommended about 6 of my close friends to these folks and this is the thanks I got!

prices were reasonable; crew was prompt, nice and was proactive when dealing with coordinating with our neighbors; cleaned up really well and even let us dump some extra stuff into their dumpster. There was a little problem with some stucco that we noticed after the job was finished and paid for so my husband called him a couple of times and Javier had it fixed for us. We definitely would recommend and use again in the future.
