Winter Park Roofing replaced my roof in 2016. Recently, I had a leak and they were quick to respond and helped me track down the issue. Any company can provide you with a new roof, but when they respond quickly to an issue 6 years after the replacement, that is a trait of an EXCELLENT and Trust Worthy Company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

They scheduled a visit to survey for an estimate of work. They didn't turn up. After we made multiple follow up calls to find out what happened, they randomly turn up unannounced at an unscheduled time a week later. And after inspection, there was no quote or no hint of any communication from them. Again after we made a couple of follow up calls to get a quote from them, the receptionist lady from this company asked us to find another Vendor and just HUNG UP!! Way to go !

I hired them to reroof my house. I had several issues with them damaging my property, but the real problem was with the gutters.

Before the work began I specifically asked them about the possibility of damaging my gutters to which they replied, ""Our crews are skilled at working around the gutters without issue."" They damaged my gutters and now a section of the gutters no longer line up. When I asked them to put the gutters back in alignment they declined saying, ""the gutters had nothing to do with our roofing job.""

I wouldn't recommend them because they caused too much damage. The fact that I checked with them about potential gutter damage before work began and they still refused to fix the gutter damage they caused was just too much.

I would like to thank Winter Park Roofing for doing an excellent job on my roof. I started the process by talking to James the owner, very nice guy and he explained to me the the different options for shingles. He gave me a fair estimate so I didn't even bother to call other company for estimate. He came the day before to leave the dumpster and the next day his men came and replaced the roof. At end of the day my roof is done they cleaned the area and same day they took the dumpster.
My wife left early to work and came home with new roof.
The next day James called me to let me know that the price he gave me is even less after all work is done and giving me some extra money back. Very honest guy, highly recommend!

Winter Park Roofing came out to do a repair for us after a hurricane a few years ago when other companies were so busy they would only do complete replacement jobs. They were really kind and did their best to match our shingles, and double checked all the areas where leaks were giving us problems. They told us what to look out for in the future and did great work!

Winter park Roofing just finished putting a new roof on my house last week, and I can't say enough good about them. Their pricing was great, even better, their craftsmanship is stellar, and everyone involved is delightful to deal with. Things I learned as I shopped for a company are: Winter Park Roofing doesn't charge extra to replace rotten wood--all the other companies do so you have no idea how much your roof is really going to cost in the end; Winter Park Roofing gives a 10-year workmanship warranty--no other company I talked to did this. They answer ALL your questions gladly. My job started and was completed as promised and clean up was great. If you want your roof done right, call Winter Park Roofing.

Called this company after finding them on Angie's List that says they do small roof repairs. I called to set up an appointment for them to come and give me an idea of what the repair would cost. The person that answered the phone ask a lot of questions on what was going on. I explained there is a leak that is causing small amount of wood rot on fascia and eaves. He stopped me to say we dont do that even though on the Angie's List the claim to do minor repairs. It appears to me this company only wants to do large jobs and not small jobs. I would not recommend them.

We just had James Bell's crew do a small job and they were awesome! They worked us in between other big jobs and 4 hours later, they had replaced shingles on 2 of our roof slopes plus replacing some roof decking. Great clean-up afterwards. Very competitive!!

Company would not honor their quote. I had a quote for a new roof right before hurricane Irma hit. They raised the price by $1000 immediately after the storm. Unprofessional.
