My husband found this company on the GAF site, listed as Master Elite to put on their GAF Timberline roof. We were impressed from the first meeting with Jorge, who was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the job they would do for us. Our home is a hillside property with 3 stories so it was a difficult job for their workers but they were amazing! They were professional in every way, from using protective covering around the perimeter to cleaning up all the debris once the job was finished. We were very pleased with their work and our roof looks beautiful! We would highly recommend Wine Country Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofing company!

Amazing service! In the middle of a huge storm that we have going on now, I was disheartened to have the kids report water dripping from a bathroom ceiling fixture. A quick look from the home stepladder provided no clue as to its origin. As the water dripped off the wet and crumbling drywall edge, I had visions of the ceiling falling in a mass of disgusting moldy wallboard. Somehow recalling where the home documents were stored, I found the name of WCR as the contractor who installed our roof during the tenure of the previous owner. A phone call to WCR was made and promptly returned by a gentleman named Max, who listened to my account, remembered the job & my house & promised the arrival of 2 roofers. Within a half hour they arrived with truck & ladders and went out in the driving rainstorm and up onto the steeply pitched roof. In a few moments they found the most likely area of leakage and came down to tell me that there were some broken shingles and someone else was driving over to deliver them now! This, despite their assessment that the damage had most likely been caused by other contractors tramping about the roof installing my recent solar panels. In a few minutes the job was done and the leak stopped. They THANKED ME FOR CALLING THEM & departed for home, I hope, at 5:50 pm. No charge for the service call was made and in 30-some years of home ownership, I have NEVER experienced such exceptional service!! Thank you so much!!

An idyllic family-run business, in that the lines blurred between blood and extended family, with good intent throughout. In my experience these guys did everything right from start to finish, glad I found them. Set up by Jorge and followed through by operations manager Hilario, each was an attentive and personable listener and had a total handle on their craft. Their crew also had a great attitude and were focused, motivated, polite, no bad apples anywhere, and yes, I'm a happy clam under my new roof.

I highly recommend Wine Country Roofing. Jorge and Miguel were highly responsive and provide great service. From coming out to explain their initial quote in-person to following up with warranty documentation, the communication was excellent throughout the process. In our project they discovered that we had a venting problem that had caused damage to the sheathing on our master bedroom. Miguel provided a video via email of the damage and narrated the cause and remedy. He also provided still photos and a quotation to make the repairs. He then called that evening to follow up and came to our house early the next day to accommodate my work schedule and allow me to ask any questions.

This company was amazing. From the first meeting with Jorge to discuss my project, through the process of scheduling, pricing, explaining warrantees, obtaining the permit and actually completing the job every aspect was perfect. Very transparent, excellent communication, clear and honest pricing- were all great. I had never done a roof project before so I was a bit anxious. WCR exuded confidence and success. Hope I don't have to do a roof again but if I do it'll be Wine Country Roofers.

Horrible experience! Spoke to Miguel twice. He was supposed to be at my home at a certain date and time and no called no showed. I called to see where he was and he had no clue who I was. He thought I was a Cloverdale client. He informed me he got really busy and had commercial work and couldn't do my roof until January. I had to call him to find this out and he recalled my roof was an urgent situation. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!

I don't give 5 stars lightly, but when you use a contractor in a field that is known for crappy work and your expectations are vastly exceeded, well you get what you deserve.

We bought a house with a ""newer"" roof and Dutch gutters. The house had been recently remodeled and looked great. Catch is the roof leaked like a sieve and the prior owners had removed some gutters from the Dutch gutter system, which basically means water backs up into the roof. Not sure what the Dutch were thinking with that design.

We had a number of roofers out to look at the roof (we thought it was just a gutter problem) and it turns out the whole roof was bad- they put a new roof on top of an old roof on a low slope application and didn't use the correct underlayment, etc.

Wine Country Roofing was recommended to us from somebody we know at a commercial roofing supply store. He said they started out only doing tear-off subcontracting and built it up through a couple of generations into a roofing company that does a lot of commercial and new construction.

Wine Country Roofing gave us a very fair estimate, and were clear about what was included in that scope of work. They were also clear that they anticipated some damage to the roof that would have to be repaired, and told us about how much they thought that would be. We gave them a deposit, and were put on the schedule. They had somebody else push so were able to come out sooner, but we're starting a new business (come to our brewery in Santa Rosa downtown in August-ish- 2 Tread Brewing Co!) and I didn't want to be moving money around while the bank was looking at finances. What did Wine Country Roofing do with rainy season coming? They said ""no problem- why don't we come out and put plastic on the roof and then you just let us know when you're ready."" We had to pay them for putting on the plastic, but that money GOT REFUNDED when they did the roof, so it was FREE. Now that's service. They said ""we don't want you leaking but understand that things happen.""

When we pulled the trigger on the roof they slotted us in very quickly, were super friendly and showed me everything they were doing, and where the water was penetrating the prior roof, and why. The roof looks great, is clearly very professionally done, and happily doesn't leak anywhere any more.

The price was more than fair, and they knocked out taking two prior roofs off and installing a new one with a peel and stick underlayment in two days.

We had a good experience with this roofing company. They were able to come out right away for an estimate and were on time and courteous. The gentleman communicated very effectively and I felt listened to our needs and ideas. We decided on a plan and received the quote quickly. They were able to squeeze us in and get the demo and the new roof done in two days! The crew at was fast and efficient and super friendly. They arrived on time and got it done in the time they estimated. The cost quote was also accurate: no surprises. I would recommend them for sure. We were fearing the worst when we found out we had to get a new roof but are so pleased now that it's over and done.

Wine Country Roofing has done roofs on three different residences in the Napa area for me. My own home when my solar system was installed. They did a great job coordinating with the solar installer so that both jobs went smoothly. Max even re-built my plaster chimney interior support framing without cracking the outside plaster. They were always the low bidder and did a very professional job on all three homes.

I always felt they were fair on the cost of repairs of the structure and roof deck once the old roof was removed. We set-up an agreed to allowance for this work in advance. They never charged me anymore than the allowance and in two cases they gave me credits on my final invoice. They made excellent suggestions, but never forced me to accept something I did not want.

I could always depend on them to use the materials that we agreed on, and they never tried to substitute cheaper materials once the work started. They always cleaned up after themselves, and I never had any complaints from my wife, rental tenants or neighbors.

They installed new rain gutters and downspouts at all the homes, I was always amazed at how Max could take is measurements, and shape and cut the cutters right on-site with their gutter machine on a trailer. They even gave me 75 feet of free gutter another job that a customer had them take down when they decided they did not like the color.

At one of the residences they did an extensive interior remodel. They worked and coordinated very well with the other window, cabinet and cabinet installers I had on the project.

Angel, his sons Miguel and Max always had time to answer my questions and treated me with a great deal of respect as a customer who knew the scope of work for the job. They and their crew always showed up on time with the tools and materials they needed.

I would not hesitate to give them additional work in the future.
