Bad customer service and very dishonest.

Had to call them several times and took texting their owner in order for them to respond.

They held the money for the windows but did not ordered the windows which allowed the customer to back out when asked about the start date of the installation date.

Took a long time to get them to start the installation and when they ordered the wrong size windows they expected the customer to pay to cancel since they could not meet the install date and had to delay the start date.

Do not work get them to install windows for you.

Got estimates from them and gave them a check to start. At first they would not respond to my inquiries of installation date. Then they refused to give me exact installation date. This is after they took the check and kept it for 2 months. I was told they already ordered the windows back when we first gave them the check and we couldn't back out. So after 2 and half months of waiting for them to install. They finally came and delivered the windows, but couldn't install them due to wrong size was delivered.

They claimed that the manufacturer delivered the wrong size and they are not responsible for the wrong size. But they claimed I still have to buy the windows even if they didn't install on time per contract and would only give me 50% back. What kind of logic is that? they didn't delivered on time and delivered the wrong size. I have to pay for their mistake instead of the windows manufacturer. After reading other complaints about their install quality I am very leary of even doing business with them.
