Installation was fairly smooth. Small problem of the window with grids almost got installed in wrong location (exchanged with non-grid window of exact same size), but this was corrected. Much longer lead time (6 months) than predicted, due to supply chain issues of course. Low marks for not providing much of a status update during this period, or returning calls (as promised), notably in the 2-week+ period *after* the announced expected manufacturer delivery date. Product itself seems very good.

We decided to replace all of our windows this year, and based on several recommendations turned to the good folk at Window World for this effort. They came and quoted a good price and we started the process. Due to national shipping issues, it did take a while for our windows to come in, but once they arrived, Window World contacted us and made arrangements for the installation. On the appropriate date and time, Slava and Sergey came and did an excellent job installing the windows, paying careful attention to the finish work and of course cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with the windows, the installation, and the overall experience and would recommend Window World to anyone considering a large-scale window replacement.

Paid over a thousand dollars to replace a small window from another company. It's been 6 months and I have no replacement window to show for it. The service manager told me that this has been an issue and was the reason why they fired so many of their workers. I am still waiting on my window, but am very close to calling BBB / Visa fraud department if I don't see my service completion soon.

I had most of my windows replace approximately 18 months ago. During a recent very heavy rain storm my Slider and a few of the windows facing west had leaks. After speaking with Amber the new service coordinator about my issues she scheduled Mark and Danny to evaluate and fix the leaks. Both guys were courteous and did an exceptional job! Not only did they fix the ones that were leaking but they took the time to look at the other windows facing west and found a few gaps in the existing seals, even though they were not leaking they proactively resealed them to ensure I would not have any issues in the future. Finally they ordered a replacement screen door as the ball that was holding the spring in place seemed to be defective.

Thank you to the entire Window World team for keeping their commitment regarding warranty service after the sale.

We bought replacement windows from Window World for the half of our house in 2006 and again in 2009 for the second half. Since then we are very happy with the product, but the best feature was a warranty service.

Over the years a few parts needed replacement and we always received prompt and reasonably fast service. One time the part was not in production anymore and they replaced entire window for no cost to us.

This month we needed to replace a lock and while it took long two weeks to get an appointment, the repair work was outstanding. Richard made sure that everything was done right and we are happy with results.

I'd give them 5 stars but they didn't do the windows at the estimated scheduled time. The original estimate was end of November or beginning of December. The job was done late January. There is one issue that still needs to be resolved (crack in the window frame). It's been two months and they still haven't resolved this issue, but I'm told the replacement is due end of April. I am happy with the windows. The installers, Igor and Serge, were fantastic! Windows looked nice and everything was clean when they left. Not a scrap of anything left behind.

So far very poor and slow communication and customer service. Ordered windows on December 1, 2021. Still waiting. I only had 5 windows to install. Ihad to call to get status. called back twice. still on hold. Thumbs Down!!!

BEWARE!!! Maybe the worst customer service department and appointment/installation coordination I have ever seen. The quick story is this: I called at the end of August 2021 to get warranty work done. This work was very minor, replacement of 1 panel on a standard size window, and the replacement of a broken door handle on the sliding glass door. The initial appointment alone took almost two months to book, (which I was ok with due to Covid issues). After multiple no show appointments to assess the issue, someone finally came out. 15 minutes later, the technician said he will order the parts and it should be taken care of ""shortly"". 5 MONTHS LATER, I am still waiting on the job to be completed. Since the initial appointment, I have had another tech come out to ""measure the window"" again, claiming to have lost my claim. Even multiple conversations with the corporate office somewhere in the midwest has yielded no resolution. I had another appointment today in which nobody showed during the 11am-1pm time frame. All in all this has been a terrible experience, which I'm sure after will not get better after writing this, but customer service neglect like this needs to be outed.
