Window World installed an oversized, custom window (on solid window 12 feet wide!) in my old house. It was not an easy install at all but Igor and his crew (installation team) were great at arriving on time, with good communication, excellent installation skills and a nice clean up and wrap up. And Jen, my sales rep was amazing from start to finish. All highly recommended!

We recently had some clouding of our double pane windows. We contacted window world who sent out an estimator in indicated that we would have to replace our windows in their entirety an expensive well over $6000. We were able to find a reputable contractor who is able to come out and repair the glass within the window into the entire job for $475. It's also to be noted. There were other contractors that offer to repair option very similar to this. Had my wife not been savvy and realized the proposal for window world was not acceptable it would've been a very expensive endeavor . I recommend doing research before committing or using this contractor.

I purchased my windows and sliding doors in 2007. Recently the sliding door lock broke. I tried to fix it but it was impossible to do. I found my original paperwork and discovered that hardware was covered under my contract. I knew the windows were warrantied for a lifetime but surprised that the entire door was also covered. I called them and all they needed was information from the door and they quickly scheduled to have a tech replace my lock. I highly recommend Window World. Thanks for fixing my door lock!

We had new windows installed in our mobile home. From the contact to the sale and finally, to the install we were so pleased. The salesgirl, Jennifer explained all info and pricing thoroughly. The install team was stellar! The young men that came in, worked together and quickly. We felt safe even with our daughter and 2 little ones alone in the home while they worked. Will, Carlos and Marco were a synchronized team, careful to make sure the children and animals were not frightened and kept safe. while they replaced every window in the home! What an asset they are to your company!

Will, Carlos, and Marco came out to do our windows. They were/are so professional and worked quickly and were genuinely nice guys. Came in, prepped the areas, removed old windows, installed new windows, cleaned up everything and then showed me how to open them to clean in between the glasses. They went above and beyond when they repaired a window frame and my front door. I would recommend this business 100%. Thank you to them!!

Absolutely horrible experience with Window World. We will never use them again. Unreliable and gives you the run around and tells you one thing but says another. Not true to their word and absolutely horrible when trying to get them back to finish the job they did not complete. Willing to waste your time. We wasted a whole day waiting for them to come back only to be a no show. They even told us that the time scheduled was incorrect when they have already changes it 2x. I would give zero stars if I could. Only ended up going with them due to ad on TV. Do not fall for it.

In response to the business owner, Eli. It would help if you actually got all the details before you replied. This has nothing to do with the work that was done and to make it sound as if we didn't understand the issue is not okay. The issue was not the workers or the work they did. It's your customer service as you demonstrated in your reply, you neglected to address the issue. We understand the job needed to be rescheduled and that's fine. Wasting our time is not okay. You team scheduled us for Saturday and originally scheduled in the morning and then called to reschedule at noon, that's fine, but noon comes along and your team was a no show, if we hadn't called, we would have been sitting here wasting the rest of our Saturday and when we had called they stated they're coming at 4 pm with no communication whatsoever. That is the complaint here, the customer service is awful. In addition, we received a follow up phone call after the job was done and was told they will be sending our warranty over, that was Friday, 4/28. Yesterday, 4/2 we called to follow up on said warranty that we have yet to receive. Be better. The job was done fine and no complaints with the workers. It your customer service. Every time we call, they always need to call us back.
