Took about six weeks from the first call to the finished installation. We had fancy - but weathered and rotting - ""French doors"" to an upstairs deck, so we decided to replace them with a simpler sliding glass ""patio style"" door. They had a sales person out here in few days, we signed the contract and gave them half $$$ down; they came back and did the ""official measurements"" in a little over a week; came back a month later with the door and installed it. The installation should have only taken a few hours (according to the sales pitch) but the whole ""crew"" didn't show up - ONE guy pretty much did the whole installation, so it took him about twice as long as expected. BUT, he did a wonderful job, excellent clean-up, and the door looks GREAT! Thanks, Alex Z (the installer).

We are still waiting for our slider screen door. The guy showed up Wednesday with a screen -- but it was for an 8 foot slider. Um, don't they know what size our slider is??!! A little girl called today to see how happy we are with your company -- my husband said, well, we still want our slider's screen door. She said, well, I have to check with Eddie to see what the problem is. The problem is that someone ordered the wrong size. WE WANT OUR SLIDER SCREEN DOOR. Please advise!!!! Sooner than later. Um, don't you guys know what sized Windows you put in our house!!??!! Seriously!!!

Got the long-waited-for screen. One of my dogs nudged it with his face. Sooo, within 10 minutes, the screen is coming out of then frame. They use the thin screen ribbon-type screen stuff that is easily pulled out. And, it on the outside, so it is way too easy to remove. And the screen material is cut so short that you can't reattach it. 10 minutes. 10 minutes. No Bueno!

Can't say enough about this company and the professionalism of the owners. They were here on site to conquer and solve a difficult window install. The general contractor found himself beyond his talents and left the job; but Window World did NOT. They stayed and actually solved the window and other issues.

So far very disappointed. Ordered 4 weeks ago, took 1 week before they measured, only because we called. Now 3 weeks later, they didn't make it into the warehouse! Had to move install back another week, now we are 5 weeks out! Was told by the salesman it would only take 2-3 weeks, but put 3-4 weeks on the contract, to be safe. Stay tuned to get the stories end!

Just got a call from the owners and he is getting us handled tomorrow! Confusion with what product had come in to warehouse, but he was awesome and is going above and beyond to get our windows in, in a timely manor.

Would recommend this company for sure!

So far, (the actual installation has not occurred yet) the customer service has been very sketchy and we are nervous that this isn't going to go well. Joe the sales rep doesn't return calls after all the bs of not leaving people in the lurch and always being their for people, blah, blah blah. The office phones don't work very well (dropped my call twice in a row).

Best Customer Service. All windows replaced, some custom. Some slight problems did occur, but that's to be expected. The most important thing is how 100% dedicated they are to taking care of problems and making sure I was happy. I couldn't ask for more.

I had 2 other estimates and feel confident the price is the best value for the dollar. I live about a mile form the freeway and the sound has been reduced to the point where I don't even hear it anymore unless I'm trying. And they look good.

I love my new Windows! The installer was very nice on time , he new what he was doing . The owners went out of there way to make sure I was happy with the windows I got . I would highly recommend them. Plus they have the cutes dogs ! Thank you so much

I had my new Windows put in last month. I do love my double paned windows and the guys were very polite and professional. My only complaint is the windows were left with a lot of streaks. I tried cleaning them myself but I didn't get good results. Also the frames on the sliders were dirty and scratched but one of the guys said I could paint the frame. Other than that I'm satisfied with the look and quality of my Windows.

*Update* Gene the owner called and scheduled an appt to have his guys come clean the Windows that were streaked. That's awesome customer service, the Windows are looking great now!! 5 star service.
