We needed a small window for a guest bathroom. It was an odd size we couldn't find at any of the big home improvement stores but Window World was able to make a custom sized window for us that is perfect for the space. They came by and not only did the measurements but also guided us towards the right size and style of window. The installers came on time and worked proficiently. They were accomodating of some plumbing that needed to be worked around. All around good work done on time.

As an update on our window from hell, it was finally installed correctly 10 months after it was ordered and now we love it. But after 2 installs of bad glass and one broken before it was even delivered, I still can't recommend this company. It takes 2 months between each botched job to make another piece of glass and communication with the company is very difficult.

Had scheduled my morning around a 10am appointment today. At 10:45 I got tired of waiting and called their office to see why nobody has showed up. I still don't know why nobody bothered to call or anything...I'm the one who called them when nobody showed up!! I would not recommend this company.

It's very poor not even giving me a simple text message to call or reschedule....I'm the one who had to call them after not showing up while waiting 45 minutes. Pathetic to say the least!!!

All the windows and doors of our house were purchased and installed by Window World Orange County. I have been very satisfied with its products and wonderful customer service. I recently requested to have an entrance door lock replaced (but needed to cancel because we found the key), my own experience of the whole customer service has been amazing. i especially thank Amber for her excellent assistant this time around.

I've been a customer of window world for several years. I'm a senior and don't get around as well anymore. The team came out to replace screens and a reseal. The guys are very polite and professional. Sal have been to my home a couple of times and he's the ultimate professional. I know I can depend on him to be efficient and professional. Window world stand by their products and customer warranty. I highly recommend window world when you're in the market for windows and doors. They are well worth the investment.

The gave us the best quote and we were impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend. Our sliding glass door was from the 70s and they ripped the whole thing out and put an amazing new slider/screen with all new framing. Swept and vacuumed their mess before leaving. Will definitely use when we replace upstairs windows!

Last week I had the final window installed by Francisco and Albert who were on time, professional, a great team and a pleasure to work with.
They installed the 7 of 8 windows a month earlier, so I was glad to have them back to install the last window which was the wrong size initially, and needed to be remade at the factory.
My Window World experience began 3/29/23 with a sales call by Shawn Smith that was the clincher in terms of the presentation of the product, a thorough explanation of the whole process from beginning to end, which I appreciated since it was my first time in this marketplace.
It felt safe going with WW after 2 other estimates that could not compare all around.
Thank you again, I'm loving my windows.
