I would've chosen a double negative star if there's an option for this. We order our sliding doors back in January and was told it will take 6-8 weeks for completion. After seeing 2 other vendors we chose Window World. It's been almost 6 months. No sliding door as of now. Customer service is terrible. They will transfer you to another line because they ""don't have answers to my inquiry.""
I deeply regret choosing this company. We have wasted enough time. We already put a down payment. All I can do is give them a bad review and wait.
Please choose another vendor for your window or sliding door needs. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I wish Yelp will have an option of NOT GIVING A STAR if the vendor did not meet the customer's expectations.

Signed up to get a new front door and a sliding glass door to replace a window. I have now called three times to see what the progress is and the tentative date that the actual install will happen. When I call, I ask for Anthony, told them I have left a message already, they offer me his direct line then transfer me to leave another message. Not going to do much good if he never calls back.

I got them to call me back, so all is good.

Joke. The only reason they get one star is because the quality of their stuff...here's OUR story.

Called Window world in November to get a quote on a sliding glass door. Gentleman came out..gave us a quote...upsold us on a custom doggie door insert and I was sold. Understandably this custom door was going to take months to complete and of course during a pandemic I didn't expect anything less. They sent me a text stating my door would be back from the vendor the week of 2/21 or around that. *attached image* . That was Nov 9th. Fast forward to the week of 2/21 it was now the 26th and I have yet to hear if any update from them. I called them and they didn't know where our door was. They called me the next day and said ""oh we seem to have found it..we can install on Tuesday."" Guys came to install my door on that Tuesday and the door didn't even have the doggie door in it. When we called they said there was a change in our account manager and they were still waiting for the doggie door and would be ready in a couple weeks. How about some communication? How about a call saying ""hi! I am your new account manager and this is your update on the door."" We have been understanding...we haven't been pushy...and I'm frustrated because of the LACK of communication about my door not because of the dates it is taking for this to be completed. Well a couple weeks went by...a month to be exact...nothing from window world. Called them and they have NO CLUE WHERE OUR DOGGIE DOOR IS. We called them this past Tuesday and Anthony said he would get back to us by Wednesday END OF BUSINESS DAY. Here we are Thursday afternoon and we have to CALL THEM AGAIN...with a ""he will call you back"" answer. Look. I get it...i understand things get busy...i understand that maybe possibly our project got lost somewhere...but to not even communicate when the client is spending some good money on your product is absolutely ridiculous.

I hope this gets some sort of attention for the higher ups knowing what horrible customer service your business has and how unhappy I am. You have high quality products...maybe you should get people to match that at your business...

And BTW..still waiting for that call back.

Terrible customer service. 1. Wrong slider action installed, they refused to change it and didn't offer much of a discount for the inconvenience and having. A door with the wrong actin installed. I even asked the installers before they installed it and they said it was correct, it wasn't. 2. Found a scratch on side glass, door glass ordered for replacement but they don't call/text/email updates. We had to call multiple times. Upon a recent call to them they said it was in and would call back to schedule, then didn't call to schedule. We had to call and schedule. 3. Install date came and went with no call and no show crew. We had to call again. They finally got back to us and we are waiting for the reschedule date. I strongly suggest to consider other options that have no customer service issues. This is the worst experience we've had with lack of communication. Don't let the commercials fool you, shop around. If I had the owners # I would like to let them know how I feel wasting a day waiting for their installers and lack of communication on crew no show.

I signed the contract and gave my deposit. Next step is to call and make an appointment for second measurement. It's week 4 trying to get someone to call me back. You call and someone take you info and let's you know someone will be getting back with you. To no avail. I don't recommend Window World Orange County.

So disappointed. I gave a Window World Orange County a great review in January but now I cannot get anyone to call me back to schedule and finish up the job. I ordered my windows in September. Had them installed in January. One of the windows came with an incorrect number of grids to match those in my HOA so they reordered it. I was told it was coming in the week of March 2nd and that they'd call me the week of March 7th. I still haven't received a call to schedule. I've left 5 messages. Can't use our patio door and the weather is warm. Very frustrating. . This started out as a good experience but now they have my full payment and I still don't have everything as promised.

We ordered 6 new windows, 2 sliding doors with screens and one garden window in September and was told due the the usual ""supply chain issues"" they would be installed in January. January we received notification they would be installed in February, we were good with that. I took the day off from work to be at home during the installation. When the installers arrived they did NOT have the sliding screens nor the garden window. This was a surprise to me as no one at Window World passed that information along. About a month later we received notification that the garden window and 2 sliding screens have arrived and scheduled an installation date. My husband took the day off this time. When they arrived, one of the sliding screens was the wrong size. How does that happen? When you measure for the sliding door, the screen should match. Our sliding doors were two different sizes and they knew that. We were told they would have to order the correct size sliding screen. Well, it has been a month, and no word on when we will get our screen. Every week we call for an update and never have received a phone call back. We are very happy with the windows but the customer service is the WORST!!!!! With the weather getting nice in the evenings, we would like to open the slider, but have no screen. Very frustrating.

I ordered 2 sliding glass doors back in Sept and with the Global Supply Chain issues the wait was anticipated to be longer; they finally came in January. Mario and his guy came to install them and they did an OUTSTANDING job! They cleaned everything up so nice, didnt leave a trace of anything behind. They were on time, very pleasant and took their time to make sure that all was well with the install. They removed 2 old wooden french doors. 1 was a sliding french door and the other were double opening french doors. The doors they put in are beautiful. I dont always leave reviews but I was so impressed with the installers I had to give them a compliment and show my appreciation.

Bernardino (sp?) and his crew from Window World were exceptional. They were on time, friendly, professional, kept everything clean and the workmanship was fantastic.

We had all 24 windows in our house replaced, including the sliding glass door. Everything fit perfectly and all the trim work that crew did inside and outside made the installation blend in so well that the whole house looks better as a result.

We'd hire Bernardino again in a heartbeat!
