I've been a customer of window world for several years. I'm a senior and don't get around as well anymore. The team came out to replace screens and a reseal. The guys are very polite and professional. Sal have been to my home a couple of times and he's the ultimate professional. I know I can depend on him to be efficient and professional. Window world stand by their products and customer warranty. I highly recommend window world when you're in the market for windows and doors. They are well worth the investment.

The gave us the best quote and we were impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend. Our sliding glass door was from the 70s and they ripped the whole thing out and put an amazing new slider/screen with all new framing. Swept and vacuumed their mess before leaving. Will definitely use when we replace upstairs windows!

Last week I had the final window installed by Francisco and Albert who were on time, professional, a great team and a pleasure to work with.
They installed the 7 of 8 windows a month earlier, so I was glad to have them back to install the last window which was the wrong size initially, and needed to be remade at the factory.
My Window World experience began 3/29/23 with a sales call by Shawn Smith that was the clincher in terms of the presentation of the product, a thorough explanation of the whole process from beginning to end, which I appreciated since it was my first time in this marketplace.
It felt safe going with WW after 2 other estimates that could not compare all around.
Thank you again, I'm loving my windows.

Fantastic company with a fantastic product! Our experience with Window World in replacing 8 windows could not have been better. From the initial consultation with our salesperson Shawn, to the final installation, everything was outstanding. And, they were very quick with the turnaround time from final measurement to installation. It was much shorter than they anticipated. This is responding to the business owner Karyn B. Your comment just shows the integrity of your business (none) First off you have never once contacted me. I have spoke to everyone but you. As a business owner you would think and should have contacted me with all the problems I had and is still having with this window. What do you mean on your dime? You ruined my house by ripping out the frame it's a standard slider your people measured wrong and also they didn't caulk any of the windows what kind of professional workmanship is that when you put windows in a persons home are you not suppose to caulk the outside of the window? Like I said in my previous comment the slider window sits crooked my neighbor pointed that out. Yes you had to come out 10 times because of your incompetent workers. Last month your worker (Sal) came out all he did was take pictures. I had to cut up spongy foam and paper towels and shove them in the top of the window so that I don't get massive air coming in. What are you going to do about that? It does not keep the cold nor the heat out? Everything in my comment is true I could probably list another five more things. I guess what I'm going to have to do is go to the BBB since my statue of limitation has run out to sue you. What I want to do is pull out the window and take a loss and buy one from American vision windows but I can't even do that because you're lead Larry said there's no way I'm going to be able to pull that window out because it's full of caulking since the window is too big they filled it up with caulking and I would end up ripping up my house if I pull it out so now I'm stuck with this window. Also I never signed anything then I was satisfied with the service are you sure you don't have me mixed up with someone else? Like I said the last time your worker (Sal) was here he took pictures and left and I never heard from your company since. Going with your company is a big heartache and it's draining me emotionally. Like I said in my previous comment thank goodness I canceled the rest of my home and went with American vision windows never a problem with those windows and they're beautiful they're nice and thick glass and they open up with a push of a finger. You can learn some integrity from that company.
