Just yesterday Robert (Roberto) & Ivan installed windows in my home. They arrived in a timely manner and worked efficiently and instead of a two-day job, the job was done in ONE day!!! Robert answered all of my questions to my satisfaction! The were both professional and cleaned up once the job was completed. First and foremost: if you get to work with Catarina and Ismail you are very LUCKY. The only reason why I have decided to give this company 2 stars out of 5 is because of them. If it wasn't for these two and the exceptional work they have done so far on by house I would have given zero stars. They are phenomenal at what they do. They respected all of my initial agreed upon request: covered floors, shoe covers, and worked very clean. Again they were very professional, on time, and I am very happy with the work they have done.

My compliant is NOT against the quality of work but the customer service I have received from the salesperson (Anthony).

To begin let me give you guys some background. After 1 year of research on windows and what company to go with I had finally decided to move forward with window world. The project was for 19 windows plus 2 patio doors. The total windows in my house are 28 windows. Out of the 28 Windows I had decided to do 19 windows initially and leave the remainder for later. I wanted to first inspect and see the type of work this company does. Today is the last day of this project and Catarina and Ismail are working on the windows as I am writing this review. I was very impressed with the way the windows turned out so because I was very pleased and happy with the way the 19 windows have turned out I reached out to the sales rep and asked whether he could give me a discount if I do decide to move forward with doing my other 9. The first thing he replied was: ""Prices will never go down, only up"" and ""that he still needs to make a living & I can't do that by underselling a job"" . Does this make any sense to you guys?!?!? Normally when you purchase something in bulk (So I my case 19 windows, 2 patio doors plus the purchase of another 9 windows) you get a small discount. BUT NO THIS IS NOT THE CASE with window world. Anthony keeps insisting he needs to make additional commission? This is absurd! You are already making your base salary and you do not need to make additional of the sale for the additional 9 windows I would like to purchase. Do tell customers such a disrespectful thing. To me that's like begging for money!

Again if it wasn't for the two guys I would have given you guys a zero! So you guys got lucky because I wanted to be fair. You made a very happy customer into a very angry customer. I had such joy today when I called to ask for an additional quote you basically lost my business today and any future prospective business from my Chatsworth neighbors! I live in a very nice neighborhood I will tell all my neighbors NOT to go with window world because of the customer service I have received today from Anthony!!!!

I give 2 stars because I don't like giving 1 star reviews.

I set up an appointment a week in advance with this company. They gave me a time window of when they will arrive (4-6pm). On the day of, they text me if the appointment can be changed to 3pm. Because I am still at work, I tell them it will have to be at 4, as we originally planned.

Before 4pm, I receive a call and a text from a rep named Brian. I had to call him back because I was still working. When I called Brian, he complained to me that he had been waiting outside my house for 20 minutes (this was around 3:40pm). It is ridiculous why I, a customer, should take his attitude when he was the one who came early.

I told him that I would be there by 4, like we agreed. He says he won't be here by then. So I asked him, ""are you saying that you're not going to be there at the time we've agreed upon?"" He responded with, ""I am saying that."" And he hung up on me.

I texted the company about the situation. They called me and gave a light apology and tried to reschedule the appointment. I asked about what they did regarding this disrespectful situation, because why would I reschedule if something like this could reoccur?

So I asked the customer rep what actions have they taken regarding Brian. Have they called him? Did they ask him why he acted in such way? Turns out they did not even check in with him.

I am still waiting on a better explanation for such ridiculous service.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I had to this time because my experience with Window World was very interesting. I had been needing to change the windows of my condo for quite some time as they had gotten old and noisy. When I finally decided to do it, I called Window World because I see their commercials on TV all the time and love the fact that it is a family owned and operated business. A sales associate came out and took measurements and gave me an estimate. I mentioned to them that it was very important that my garden window matched those of the other units because of association rules. Unfortunately, on the installation day, the crew brought and installed the wrong garden window (the rest of the windows were perfect). When I noticed this, I got very upset and immediately called Window World. When I called, I was helped by one of the most professional and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her name was Yolla Elkhoury. She got very upset that this had happened to me and got on the case right away. She contacted the owners of the company directly about my issue and got back to me with a solution very quickly. They gave me the option of either keeping the window upon the building association's approval and getting a credit for the inconvenience or replacing the window with the correct one. Fortunately, the association approved the garden window and I went with the first option. I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles the mistake; and I should say that Window World came through.

Very nice and very efficient staff. Originally, it was supposed to take 2 days to install all of our windows. They got it done in less than 1 day!

The price is entirely fair and is the reason we decided to do ALL of our windows (even for the barn).
