We were having a problem with a Window leak and WW of LA came and inspected and then Art of WW of LA came back the next week and fixed the window seal.

He worked quickly, got the job done, and cleaned up and left the area looking better than when they came.

I would not hesitate to call WW of LA again in the future for our window needs.

I would recommend Window World to friends and family and anyone who is looking to replace retrofit windows. I was personally recommended by two different friends who worked with them before, though may have been different branches. The pricing they provided me at quote and contract was very fair and competitive. There was white glove service to a point, and I felt well taken care of through most of the process.

GOOD:
- Brian from sales dept who came to do free in-house consultation was very friendly and very informative, I never felt like I was being upsold
- I was being kept up to date by back office over text routinely throughout the process of the project, including from permit pending to approval, then warehouse arrival and scheduling install
- Catarino and team on the 2 days of install were absolutely great, very high quality service and super friendly
- The windows are very beautiful and has made a noticeable difference in the house visually, audibly, and probably temperature-wise even before they were all in.

LESS GOOD:
- Brian was ~40 mins late to our consultation appointment. Most of that time was spent on a call in the car in front of our house. I was preparing to contact the company to ask if we needed to reschedule, but I did not need to in the end. He was very cordial and patient throughout the whole process.
- There was about a $1k difference in price at contract signing and actual card payment. There was no pre-empting of this discrepancy until I saw it on the web invoice that was texted to me after running my CC for final payment. It was explained that that was the city permit filing charges. Understandable, but why wasn't that info provided to me up front before payment? Or even after the permit approval process? I also clearly recall in the sales conversation that the pricing included permits and everything, and I did not see anything in the contract language that pricing could differ. To me this was the poorest part of the experience, from a client perspective. I also needed to follow up for a copy of the payment receipt.
- On 2nd and final day of install, I (the account holder) was not present at job completion since I had to work, though my husband was home and available to consult the entire time. They did not do a walkthrough at the end, just explained that if there are any problems that we should call WW and they'd send them out again. So we self-checked all the windows, and only one had a manufacturer problem with a lock. I reported this the next day (after getting my card run), and they of course sent them back out, but after making a point of ""he walked you through every window"" -- which was not true. When Catarino arrived to fix, he gave an explanation but said to me, it's because I wasn't home to be shown (??). We had a perfectly capable adult in the house. I had also, before leaving for work, had checked with him if I needed to do anything, and was reassured I wasn't needed. Fortunately, it was a quick and easy fix and we're happy with all of the windows.
- Wish I got some explanation of why one of the old metal frames had to stay in and untouched (so it doesn't match the window), but this is not a dealbreaker.
- Back of house was really pushy on the 5-star yelp review. Felt icky. I would have liked a check up or a survey on how things went, instead of insisting on a positive review.

Despite the shortcomings at the tail end, I really enjoyed the service WW provided, and most importantly, the windows are high quality and the install was quick and super efficient.

From start to finish was a smooth process getting my project quoted, measured, ordered & installed. The materials even came in earlier than expected.

Art & Pablo did a fantastic installation & got the work completed all in 1 day. Showed up on time, cleaned up & addressed any questions I had during the installation.

Juan came back the following day to complete the stucco work. Did a fantastic job matching to the existing stucco & cleaned everything up very nicely.

Noe was very helpful with additional questions and following up to make sure I was happy with the project.

Yolla at the office was very nice & easy to work with during the project. Great customer service from start to finish.

In my experience you definitely get what you pay for, especially on professional labor & premium products. If you want a big project done right the first time, I recommend calling Window World!

I ordered a large picture window from Window World to replace a broken window on the front of the house. The company was quick to respond at every phase, from first contact, taking measurements, placing the order with the manufacturer and finally installation. The window looks absolutely beautiful.
