Buyer beware! I purchased holiday lights from Will last year. No contract, cash only. He explained that he would put them up, take them down and store them. He led me to believe that for the cost of the lights, this service was included. This year I learned that it would cost me $500 to have them put up, taken down and stored. I told Will that this was complete misrepresentation, that I had already paid for the lights and to just drop them off. He said that would cost me another $300. I refused to pay any more, and he agreed to drop them off. Currently, he cannot locate the lights I purchased and told me he ""doesn't have the time to look for them."" When I asked for a refund, he responded with a ""Ha Ha"" emoji. I attended a neighborhood event this morning and learned that others have complained about Window Wizards business practices. Don't fall victim, demand a contract with full disclosure.

Great service. Easy to schedule. Came on time. Excellent job with both window cleaning and I also use them for holiday lights. Prices are reasonable. It is obvious that they take pride in doing things right from the begining.

This review is way overdue, but we had the best experience with Will! He came by, cleaned a couple of our windows for us and it couldn't have been an easier experience. Will is such a nice guy, very professional, hardworking, and willing to work with you. He just came by to quote us on Christmas lights and I remembered how nice of a person he is! His business is thriving and we are so happy we got to meet him and now have him as a resource for our window needs. It's hard finding quality people, so glad he found us! Thanks so much Will!

Window Wizards did a great job power washing my tile roof and cleaning the windows afterwards. The roof looks brand new and the windows were left crystal clear. I highly recommend Window Wizards for your windows and solar panels! Will and his team did a professional and incredible job cleaning my windows and solar panels. They were very thorough, took their time, and are very reasonably priced. All 24 of our upstairs windows are now sparkly clean. Will is very responsive and came over on short notice.
