Our new roof got its final inspection this morning. It looks lovely. Now I just need to get a painter to paint the trim and the exterior should look ship shape. Wilson brothers did a great job and they were very responsive to everything we asked of them. In fact, they really exceeded our expectations in that regard.

We did run into a problem in the middle of the job. The air conditioner started a condensation leak after the old roof was stripped. It was late at night when I discovered the leak. I immediately sent an email to Wilson Bros about the leak. Their foreman came out the very next morning before 9:00 am to help me track down and diagnose the leak problem. The leak as it turns out was a problem from how the house was built thirty-eight years ago. One of the drain pipes in the attic was never strapped down. Mario removed one of the OSB roof deck sheets to make it easy for my air conditioning service company to fix the leak. My AC company came out that same day and fixed the leak. This condensation leak had plagued us ever since we owned the house. It would come and go and I had several companies look at this problem and none of them created a permanent solution until now. Thanks, Wilson Bros, for a lovely new roof and for helping solve my leak problem.

I gave Wilson Brothers five stars because they did a great job and far exceeded our expectations.

We needed a new roof because all the rain in February. They had our new roof scheduled for July, but had an opening in June. They did a great job. They started on Tuesday and even worked on Saturday. Only problem was they had to order more ridge shingles from LA to finish the roof on Wenesday.

I brought out three different companies for roof repair. The first one just found every problem known to mankind and was going to charge me 2.5 times for repair.
Wilson Bros came out and walked the roof found the exact problem and gave me an estimate to solve it. I was so impressed with their speed and accuracy.

They do average work but leaves a huge mess, throws trash on ground when dumpster is right in front of house, leaves food and bottles everywhere from works lunch meals. Then when ask to clean up their mess as trash is blowing on to neighbours property, their response was, we can do it but it will be $250 fee smh. Live and learn I guess.

Trusted Wilson Brothers with our church building. We have four buildings. During COVID they had a short period of some mismanagement and scheduling/communication issues. New managers are in place and they are awesome! It's like a whole new company! Very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Wilson Brothers Roofing is the company to use! Justin came out to the house to take a look at our fascia that was in need of repairs. He was friendly, professional and gave a more than fair estimate. The repairs were completed the next week in only a couple hours and it looks good as new!

Had an appointment for them to give me an estimate for the roof at 3:30 to 4. They never showed up. Not even a call to say I'm not gonna make it. Called the office to see where at and no answer. Left message and they never called back. My time is just as valueable as their's. I guess they don't need business that bad.

Last week, Guy Wilson of Wilson Brothers Roofing performed a roof inspection for a home we are considering buying in the Tehachapi area. Guy showed up ahead of schedule to gather more info on this two story house. The inspection went off without a hitch. Guy gave us a lot of useful information concerning the materials used and the current shape of things up there. He was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and a wealth of information.
