What a wonderful experience with Willow Ash roofing - - noticed a water stain on my wall and immediately thought --roof leak! Called Ryan at 6:00 pm with Willow ash roofing - - he immediately reviewed some scenarios and assured me he would come out and take a look at it the next day! He did indeed follow through and after inspecting my very hot attic, discovered it was not a roofing issue--it was the air conditioning instead. Also alerted me to possible pest issue. Can't tell you what piece of mind Ryan provided with his speedy inspection. While I didn't need a roof repair today, if need arises in the future, Willow Ash roofing will be my first and only call ! Honesty, dependability, and professionalism -- qualities which are hard to find in today's market --you won't go wrong with Willow Ash roofing!

This is top notch family run business. Ryan Sancho and his wife, Ginny who manages the phone and scheduling, are professional and prompt. Ryan came right out when we called and found our leaks. He set the ball in motion to replace our roof. Before the installation date we had a huge rain and he came out on a Sunday morning to check things out and reassure us. The roof is in and we are dry again. He even gave us a name to repair and paint the damaged wall. This is a wonderful family and business.

Willow Ash put on our roof in 2013. We have had no issues since the installation, and the crew was great and friendly. We had an issue recently, and Ryan came out to check it out and helped repair it. It turned out it was a siding issue, and not a roof issue. We've had a great experience! Thank you!

Willow Ash roofing completed a new roof 10/14/2009. The cost was approximately $7000. There were no immediate issue with the roof. In August of 2012 the roof above our master bedroom began to leak. WIllow ash installed the incorrect type of shingles for the slope of our roof. The owner of the company was extremely rude when I contacted him and he blamed our insurance company for not approving roll shingles. I immediately contacted the insurance company and was told roll roofing was not requested. We were not informed that we should use roll roofing on that part of the roof and we would have gladly paid the additional fee. After much back and forth Willow Ash paid for a portion of the incorrectly installed roof. They did nothing about the damage caused by their faulty installation regarding the interior of our home.

In January of 2016 we noticed that we had 6 water stains in various areas of the house. When my husband went on the roof he noticed that a large area of our roof was buckled. I again contacted the owner of willow ash. He immediately started yelling at me and cursing at me. He again blamed my insurance and I informed him that was unacceptable. He was so hostile that I switched to email and text correspondence only. I also wanted a paper trail of our conversations.

I asked numerous times for a specific list of what his 10 year warranty covers. I was never given the list. The owner informed me that he would send someone to look at the roof. He insisted that he sent people to my house three times but never once did he tell me a time they would be at my house. I would have gladly met them there but he assumed that I would always be home. I asked if we could meet in the middle and we pay for the materials and he cover the labor.

At this point I had Dr. Roof come out and was told I need an entire new roof! That is the second roof in 9 years! The installation was so poorly completed that the nails are rotting. The singles were not properly installed. I again contacted the owner and he informed me that I was being ""scammed and sold a new roof"". I had another roofing come out and was told the exact same thing. A total reroof. At this point we are filing a claim with the BBB and a claim in small claims court. The owner is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and dishonest. He is refusing to even disclose what his warranty covers which is apparently nothing. Under no circumstance should you use WILLOW ASH. They do terrible work and do not honor their work.
