After received several quotes from roof vendors in the bay area, we decided to go with William Roofing, based on price and schedule but mostly straight forward explanations from Steve. We couldn't be more please. Thanks Steve and his crew on an amazing job with our roof. The processes went very smoothly from the beginning to the end. Steve has informed us every step along the way what need to be done. The crew kept the yard clean from debris and dust by constantly clean up from each step. The foam roof has made a big different to our house inside temperature. We are no longer have to worry about the leak and the heat.

Highly recommended by real estate agent but didn't turn out as expected. Contract signed in Oct 2015 but didn't get done until April 2016. Would have been longer if I haven't called repeatedly to ask Steve when he was going to work on my roof. Work completed in 4 days, but was sloppy in clean up, on the ground and on the roof. Gutters were full of shingles and downspouts were clogged as I discovered from recent rains as water was overflown.

Williams Roofing installed my roof 8 years ago and it has been great. They showed up as scheduled and completed the work on time. Since then I had some minor issues come up with an old skylight, not installed by them, that they repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I have used Steve Williams and his crew on many projects through the past 20 years. I will keep using him because he is trustworthy, works hard to please the customer and does good work. If you want an honest roofing contractor use Steve Williams.

Don't use this guy for foam roofing. I called inquiring about foam and some things he said didn't make sense so I checked into it further. He hasn't been doing foam roofing since 1992 as the lead line claims, the pictures on ;his site aren't actually foam roofing just a painted regular roof and after talking to others he seems to have very little accurate technical knowledge of the system. I realized that he is trying to be an all purpose roofer and foam roofing is a specialty item. He was not for me. I don't want a plumber trying to fix my teeth at any cost!!

This roofing company that simply does not want your business and whoever is responding to their Yelp messages just doesn't get it.

Why do customers have a ""request for quote"" option? So..... we as customers can compare, ask questions, get details, get comfortable with a company your about to spend thousands of dollars with maybe???

Simply put, I requested for a quote and an Appt. for a quote/estimate. Their Yelp message person replied they're booked until April, but if we(the customer) was willing to wait and just get an estimate for now, we can arrange that.

I replied and informed them that would be fine because we getting estimates from roofing companies so we can get warranty info, other information, details, and maybe A QUOOOTEEE. The person responded and told us that they didn't needed to come and give us an estimate because the other companies we were contacting could do that and we can have them fix the roof.

WOW. Just WOW.

Williams roofing replaced our roof and it looks amazing. Williams roofing had replaced my neighbors roof and they had nothing but positive things to say about the company. We called and got a quote then they were able to come out a month later and replace my roof. They were done in a few days and cleaned up all the mess. Williams pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Williams Roofing to all my friends and family.

The roof turned out fine. Just make sure that someone ELSE installs the gutters and any sun tunnels.

They decided, without asking, to remove a downspout in a critical area. They had the gutter contractor install a new one. Apparently, Williams decided to start doing his own gutters. They shouldn't be...unless they leave things well enough alone and don't change anything!

Turned out that after insisting that he knew what he was doing about installing sun tunnels, he installed them wrong. When I brought this to his attention, he responded with multiple excuses and would not own his mistake. I had no confidence in having him correct them, so I spent the extra dollars to have a certified installer do them correctly. That installer pointed out several things that were done wrong.

I recently had Steve Williams do repairs and maintenance on my roof. He and his crew were ultimately professional, courteous, reliable, and did a great job at a very reasonable price compared to the other 4 bids that I got. They were meticulous about their work as well as the clean-up. I have no reservations about recommending this company and will certainly call them again when the need arises.
