A bit of a wait but it seemed once they started they were already done! One day to remove 2 layers of roofing material and another day for minor repairs, installation and clean up. The workers were fast & friendly and the roof looks great! Even the inspector commented that we had used a good contractor. Of course, we've had no wind or rain since the installation but we don't expect any issues and trust that if there are Steve Williams would honor his 10 year warranty.

Very professional, reasonable price, Steve and his crew showed up on time that was agreed upon, worked hard and cleaned up every day they were there. Fixed a couple of things uncovered after the tear off and did not charge me extra. Williams Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my old wood shake with the new dimensional shingles. When I emailed them for the first time steve responded quickly and was able to do all the estimate. Three days later I got the estimate. I decided that since they are local and reasonable price, why not. One week later they came in the morning around 7am and left around 4pm. Three days later the roof is done, plus one week waiting for the city inspection. All done without having to meet other than phone calls and emails. Keep in mind that these all happened during COVID. His price was reasonable and later I found out the price was outright the best. I will use them again. Highly recommended.

We are extremely pleased with the project completed by Williams Roofing on our two-story home in Palo Alto. Owner Steve Williams was quick to review the house on-line and in person, and provide a detailed estimate which included replacement of all gutters and downspouts. When we reviewed our proposed contract and had questions, he was quick to address concerns and make adjustments. During construction, Steve and his crew were courteous, quiet (over and above the actual noise of the job - no boom box music or obnoxious language), and professional. The Presidential roofing shingles were installed in proper patterns which resulted in street appearance that enhances the look of our house. Last but not least, the roofers carefully straightened-up after each day, leaving the job site clean and safe before they left. We can recommend Williams Roofing of Fremont, California without reservation for similar projects because of their fair price and the professional way they handled all details.

We were introduced to Steve by our realtor when we needed to get a roof inspection to buy our home. Since then he's been maintaining our roof and we've been very happy with his service.

Most recently we asked him to check on a leak and despite the constant rain which makes inspection and repairs difficult, Steve came and did the job during a brief break in the rain, which we greatly appreciate.

Not only that, Steve's fees are really reasonable; he won't recommend any work that isn't necessary and will treat your project like he's spending his own money.

The only challenge to work with Steve is that he gets very busy during the winter months but who wants a roofer who is NOT in demand?
