Williams roofing replaced our roof and it looks amazing. Williams roofing had replaced my neighbors roof and they had nothing but positive things to say about the company. We called and got a quote then they were able to come out a month later and replace my roof. They were done in a few days and cleaned up all the mess. Williams pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Williams Roofing to all my friends and family.

The roof turned out fine. Just make sure that someone ELSE installs the gutters and any sun tunnels.

They decided, without asking, to remove a downspout in a critical area. They had the gutter contractor install a new one. Apparently, Williams decided to start doing his own gutters. They shouldn't be...unless they leave things well enough alone and don't change anything!

Turned out that after insisting that he knew what he was doing about installing sun tunnels, he installed them wrong. When I brought this to his attention, he responded with multiple excuses and would not own his mistake. I had no confidence in having him correct them, so I spent the extra dollars to have a certified installer do them correctly. That installer pointed out several things that were done wrong.

I recently had Steve Williams do repairs and maintenance on my roof. He and his crew were ultimately professional, courteous, reliable, and did a great job at a very reasonable price compared to the other 4 bids that I got. They were meticulous about their work as well as the clean-up. I have no reservations about recommending this company and will certainly call them again when the need arises.

Williams Roofing repaired and painted our foam roof in El Cerrito over a three day weekend. We were delighted with the result and his price was about 1/2 of what other companies had bid. After messaging on yelp I got a phone call and a message 2 days later got a phone call with a estimate of tomorrow dropping by to see the roof; I've had 10 tomorrows and not one show, I even provided the address to the property because someone is always home and he could get the estimate anytime.....never heard from him again. You decide.

Received a call apologizing got the above I was on calendar for this weekend. He came to the house & gave an estimate & was very honest about what the results would be.

We just had a new roof installed by Steve Williams and his team. They were very professional, met commitments of start/end dates and were on budget. Steve gave us a very competitive quote and an estimated start date, which they actually exceeded by starting a few days earlier. He also worked very well with a General contractor we had hire to replace a few sky lights in the process. Finished in less than a week and followed up very promptly on a few open areas.
I would highly recommend Steve.

As a homeowner, I've ""enjoyed"" all the maintenance and projects needed to make a house a home. I've done a majority of the work myself, but when it came time for a roof, I had to call in the pros.

After getting 5 bids - I decided on Williams Roofing based on price, options and mostly Steve's honesty/personality. He's a very straight-forward, no-nonsense guy who gets it done. Period.

Our roof was done ahead of schedule, and looks fantastic! From the ridges to the gutters and everything in between - Steve and his crew delivered, and I couldn't be happier.

There were a couple of small (barely worth noticing) things that one might expect of such a big job (a slight trim on a tile for aesthetics, etc) - but that's just nitpicking honestly. I can't recommend him enough!

Steve williams is one of the most honest roofers around today. I know firsthand I used to work for him I've installed quite a few roofs with Steve and I would have to say that he is the best roofer that I know when it comes to composite shingle Roofing. To be clear, I don't know about their quality of work which from previous reviews seem to be great. My review is strictly about their service/responsiveness. I left a message requesting a call back for a proposal for a new roof, for my home. It has been close to a week and I have not heard back. I've since gone with another roofing company. A two star rating on Yelp is an ""I've experienced better"" rating, which is accurate, because I have. Giving them 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt that maybe they never received my message.
