I called and talked to Ashley for a quote. They were super busy but Eddie came out and gave me a quote on removing 2 old solar blankets and some old pipes in the attic and removing an old sola tube then repairing and replacing roof tiles. Eddie was the most thorough with the quote and pointed out a few little details no one else mentioned. When the guys came to do the repairs everyone was very friendly and did the job quick. I highly recommend Williams Roofing, the whole company was professional and they have reasonable prices.

After making an exhaustive search for a Roofer to take care of some minor repairs I found Willams . Their response was immediate even on a Saturday!!
Pedro was scheduled to come out a few days later and did an excellent, safe and clean job. Very professional and responsive and with a very fair price.
Several of the roofers that did make a bid all were less professional and expensive,one had outrageous minimums and setup fees that would had resulted in 5x the cost Williams quoted!!

Steve's team gave us a reasonable estimate and started work almost right away. There was a change that increased the cost a bit (that Steve discussed with us first) and the final result is even better than we hoped.

They took care of the property and the roof looks great!

I can't say enough great things about this company. I interviewed 4 roofers for a rather small job of replacing rocks on my roof that had been blown away because my gardeners were not trimming the trees near the roof. Williams came in at the best price. Chris went out to the house right away to give his estimate. In fact, I can't believe how fast he got the job done. They were professional and friendly. They said the rock on my roof wasn't easily available anymore but they were able to find it quickly. I was pleased with the work and will use them again in the future. It may be though that I'll have to let my gardeners go.

Can't say enough about how impressed I am by Williams Roofing. I had solar and a new roof installed, and from start to finish, it was handled professionally and efficiently. Easy to deal with, very responsive, clean job site, nice crew. The price was less than other bids, another plus. From permitting through to completed job, only took about 2 weeks. I highly recommend them!

I called ""Williams Roofing"" on a roof they had installed 13 years earlier on my Condo.
I purchased this condo in 2010 from the person who initially contracted Williams for the roof replacement!

We had a small leak that had developed, and heavy rain forecasted the next day.
They were great - even though warranty expired, Mr. Williams came out the same day and applied roof patch - no charge, as he said the roof should last much longer with no leaks!

He said to call if we have any further leaking and they would take care of.

I highly recommend Williams Roofing - Outstanding service and highest integrity !!!

Great company! Called 3 other roofing companies and hardly could get a call back to schedule an appointment. Williams Roofing said they were booked for months but swung by and fixed my 2 leaky spots the next day for a terrific price. When I'm ready to re-roof I'm calling them!
