Mr. Chris Willer of Chris Willer Roofing, Inc. claimed to have fixed my roof but the first rain proved that to be untrue. Mr. Willer indicated that for an additional $500.00 minus the $150.00 I paid for the initial repair he would fix the real cause of my leaking roof. Mr. Willer refused to refund my $150.00 and would not return my phone calls. He will not answer his phone and you can only leave a message.....he never returns the call. The only way I could actually talk to him was when I ran into him at the grocery store.
