Gene W.I had squirrels living in the tunnel created by steel siding installation under my eaves. I called this company to patch the entry location as I am not supposed to use ladders. They arrived and patched the entry location and cut a hole in my siding to attach a trap to catch any trapped squirrels. Before sundown that same day the squirrel removed the patch and made his escape.
I emailed the company and told them about this....got no response.
After some time I got some metal mesh and fixed the patch myself. I also removed the trap and covered the hole they had cut. I requested a partial refund since I did all the work and they had not helped me at all...got no response.
I emailed again later and asked fora refund...guess what?...no response.
Unless I decide to file a small claims complaint I am out $300.
