I gave Arthur J. Williams $20,600 worth of business for a roof and other repairs. After all was completed I was up cleaning the gutters when I noticed how paper-thin the shingles were. I have never seen such shingles. I went on the Owen-Corning web page and looked up the OC supreme shingles. These shingles are not only were the cheapest shingles but also they're not to be used in a windy area like Grand Prairie/Mansfield. Don't take my word for it look it up Owens-Corning Supreme Shingles. Arthur did offer a 30-year. The shingles he put on were 25 years [according to Arthur] so it didn't make sense to pay $800 more dollars. You would think after giving him this much business he could have treated me fairly. Don't use this company! They claim integrity is a cornerstone in their business and it's just not true. Remember roofers are not licensed and they don't need any knowledge or experience to call themselves roofers!!

Warning ! This company will take your money and never show up to do the job. They don't care about their customers, reputation, quality or community. If you make the mistake of trusting them, you'll regret it. You'll never see your money again. Do yourself a favor. Hire an honest reputable company. They deserve 0 stars!!!!!!

DO NOT give this company the time of day. They are not a trustworthy company and they have no scruples about treating their customers fairly. They left me with holes in my new roof that they fixed with caulk. I have filed a BBB complaint against them, don't believe their A+ rating BS.
