We recently went into contract to buy a home and the appraisal required that we purchase a 2 Year Roof Certification for the aging roof. The existing owners had a roof inspection report from another firm and when I checked the firm out (including (Yelp), I decided to get a second opinion. The existing report identified over $2K in necessary repairs. Based largely on the Yelp reviews I choose White River for my second opinion. Nick returned my call and I explained what I needed. The following day he completed a roof inspection and called me back.

To my amazement, he informed that no repairs were needed and that he would send me a roof certification and that he would work with our escrow account to get paid for the cert.

I will not use another roof repair company nor recommend any other company but White River Roofing and Nick. Probably the best customer service I have ever received! Thanks Nick

I am extremely happy with White River Roofing! We had a roof leak that manifested after the recent rains, and we had 3 roofing companies come out to give us estimates. The first roofing company (with a ton of 5 star reviews on yelp), gave us an extremely high estimate...so high that I did not take it seriously and that was the end of that. The second roofing company came out...and I'm still waiting for the estimate to be e-mailed, lol! And then Nick came out yesterday. He told me that our roof valleys needed to be cleaned and repaired, we had a few cracked tiles, our pipes needed to be sealed, etc, and that they could come out the next day. The price that he quoted me was $5k less than the first company, and I'm not exaggerating! The roofers came out today and did the repairs. It turned out that more work needed to be done on the roof but they did the work without increasing their original estimate! I couldn't be happier with WWR and definitely recommend them.

I called White River to fix a leak in my roof after the most recent rain. Nick was awesome! I appreciated that he was quick. He came out the next day to do the inspection and I had a confirmed quote within hours. He adjusted their work schedule to accommodate my needs and the work was done very well. I called White River Roofing to compare quotes from a competitive roofing company. Without even looking at my roof Nick quoted me 100$ cheaper to do the job. He even gave me a two year roof cert for half the price ! I shopped around through multiple roofing companies who had agreed that my original quote was actually a really good deal.. But nick was able to beat that by 200$.

he was professional and prompt in all aspects. Was able to get my roof done within a day and was able to save a lot of $$$. I definitely will be using Nick and his team again for my roofing needs !

Nick was very nice and was able to get out to do a quick inspection of the roof of the home we were in the process of buying. Because of miscommunication, the inspection was not as thorough as we had hoped. I emailed and spoke on the phone with Nick to do the more thorough, paid inspection, and get a quote on the work. The problem is that a month has gone by since he was supposed to do the re-inspection and give the quote, but I have no idea if he did it and I never received a quote. I even emailed a couple days later to see if he had been able to do the inspection and could send a quote, but I never got a response. I guess my project wasn't worthwhile enough? Since one star is the least you can give, I gave an added star because he seemed nice to work with and was prompt in the beginning. We're looking elsewhere for our roof work.

One word. Wow. Nick came out when he said, gave details and the estimate, showed up to do the work with his team on time, did the work perfectly, cleaned up the area like they weren't even there and charged exactly what we agreed. He even came back over when I got home to go over the work and make sure I was satisfied. I could not have asked for better. Very glad I used Nick and his service. On his follow up visit he said he wasn't exactly happy with a very small piece of the work (he had to point it out to me!) He is coming back to re-do it. Great guy.

Very satisfied! Had a roof leak and went through about 4 different bids with Nick giving us the most competitive price that included a warranty. After the last hard rain we'll probably have in a while, no more leak. Would recommend and hire again.

During a home inspection, I learned that there were several areas on my 10 year old concrete tile roof that needed repair- cracked tile, loose tile, more tar. I turned to Yelp and called several roofing companies including White River Roofing (WRF).

I spoke with an employee (sorry I forgot the guy's name) and explained to him my situation. He explained to me that he would take care of everything for a pretty low flat price. At first I was alarmed as he had not even seen my roof yet much less the issues in the report, but he calmly and professionally explained to me that he deals with inspection reports all the time and that I would be getting not only another ""inspection"" by him but he would repair everything (probably more than what the inspection caught) for the same flat rate and that any additional or major repairs would be brought to my attention first.

WRF came out a few days late and on time as promised and completed the job at the same time- there was no ""OK, here's what we saw and here's your quote. Call us back for another appointment to actually get it fixed."" They also took photos of the issues they saw and fixed. I would highly recommend them.

White River roofing repaired my roof. I called them on Friday and they repaired my roof Saturday morning. I have never received service this quick. Just want to say thanks. I will recommend them to everybody.
