I cannot express enough my disappointment with this company. I contacted them to set up an appointment for an estimate to have my house re-roofed, total tear off. This was on May 24, 2016. I didn't hear anything until June 14, 2016 and decided to make an appointment for June 20, 2016 at 4:30 pm. I took off early from work to make sure I was there. Nobody else was, nobody showed up. So today, June 28, 2016, I get a call from a number who does not leave a voice mail, but I googled the number and found it to be White River Roofing. So I emailed and asked why they would be calling me. The response from Nadia was that it was her calling to let me know that my estimate was ready. So she couldn't leave me a message?? And when did they do an estimate? So then she sends an estimate to my email but of course she couldn't send it before because they didn't have the correct email address, even though they had it from the email exchanges we had.regarding the appointment. So the reason I wanted to be present when the estimate was being done was because I have so many questions regarding the estimate, like what kind of repairs will be done, what color of shingles, what about flashing size, and on and on and on. All I have is a piece of paper that is worthless. Gee, thanks guys!

Im so happy to finally get my roof done.I called so many companys most never responded.If they did they come out estimate no less than 1700 some were quoting 2900 to 3000 for some facia repair.So i called Nick he told me what it would be to fix it he even saved me money by letting me know some of the work i wanted wasnt necessary.When Nick came to do the job he was very friendly open to All of my questions.We even had off topic conversations and laughed alot.Great guy.This is who i will always contact for myself or others.

I was initially pleased to hire Nick and his crew at White River roofing to completely replace the roof and gutters on my home. Unfortunately, his crew got called away from my job after about 80 percent of the work was completed. They left a ladder and tools on the roof so I assumed they'd be back after a few days. I left numerous messages for Nick to find out when my job would be completed but it was almost 3 weeks before Nick got back in touch. He came out to the house the next day and apologized for the fact that his crews were really busy and he promised they'd be back the next day to finish the job. He gathered up the ladder and tools and I never heard from them again in spite of numerous follow-up calls. I eventually gave up and hired another roofer to finish the job.

We recently had White River Roofing tear off and replace our roof, gutters, and some trim work. They did a great job, and were very fair with their price! They were in fact, the best bid we received!

He communicated well, and him and his crew showed up when they said they would. He had to take a few days off due to rain but they took all the necessary precautions and covered our roof to protect from the weather.

Don't let the negative reviews about communication scare you away. This is an awesome, local, small business! The owner, Nick, actually installs your roof so that might be why he can be slow to respond to texts or calls. We went into it knowing he might not be the best communicator, but again, everything he told us would happen happened exactly as he said and on time!

Just realized my review has a lot of exclamation points but that is because my husband and I are so happy with their service and company!

We had a leaky roof which caused our interior wall to bubble with water. We called and the owner, Nik, immediately called back. He offered to come out right away even though it was a rainy Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and offered a good price. He also resealed a few broken tiles for no additional charge. He warrantied the work and said he could certify our roof for two years following the repairs. We not only received exceptionally good service but also gained a friend. We will be recommending White River Roofing to our friends and neighbors.

This is actually a preliminary review. This morning I awoke to the terrifying sound of drip-drip-drip coming from the ceiling of the family room. I called Nick. He asked me to describe what was going on, and I told him. He said he was going to be passing through my neighborhood on his way to another job, and he'd come by in 20 minutes. He climbed up on the roof and said the problem was standing water; I just needed to have the roof swept and the gutters cleaned. He grabbed a broom, and he and his partner cleaned the immediate area, and cleared one of the down spouts.

He suggested an additional maintenance fix for my low sloping, shingle roof that he could do once the weather was dry enough to complete. His estimate for that was very reasonable, and I am going to have that work done as soon as possible. Thanks, Nick!

I generally only yelp if I receive extremely good service or extreme bad service. Well the service we received from White River roofing was exceptional. First of all when I couldn't get anyone to return my call he answered my phone call during a very busy time for roofing company's. My son is new to the area and it was during the huge rain we recently received he had a leak in the ceiling. I called and within 30 mins he was at my sons house and told him how to fix the problem if he wanted to save some money or he could come out the next day and repair it. My husband went over to my son new home and did the fix he recommended. I don't feel anyone should work for free so I asked him what we owed him and he said no worries! It's amazing to me honest people with integrity still exist! Thank you so much for your generosity we will definitely keep your number handy for our sons house and our rentals as well! I found white river roofing through google. Like most of us, i hesitated to call due to the bad reviews written. I decided to test my luck and try them out for an estimate. I called and left a message. 5 minutes later I got a call back from Nick. We arranged to meet on Monday the following week. Due to traffic he was running late, but called and let me know. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. He was able to give me a recommendation in what he would do if it was his home. I got 3 other estimate before him and he mentioned things that the other 3 companies didnt. He gave me an estimate and The contract was emailed to me. The following week he called me and he started my roof the next day. While in the process there was a storm. this delayed the process for a day. There were areas I was concerned about since the shingles were already ripped off. I contacted him and he ensured me that if any damage was done due to the roofing process he would take care of it at no charge. He stood to his word. It was a Good thing nothing was damaged. My new roof was completed within a week and the gutters were also installed. I am very satisfied with the work that he has done. the best part, it didn't cost a penny more than what he estimated. I will defiantly refer his company to family and friends.

Update to my update.....this company has become a thorn in my side sadly. The owner finally contacted me after 3 days of me calling him this last week and getting voicemail as well as sending texts that the ""patch"" was still leaking. A week later the owner called me back with a quote stating they could come out and redo my roof on my extension.... I agreed and again he missed/never showed up for three scheduled appointments with zero calls to me telling why they didn't make it out it was only until I texted for a status update he would say he didn't make it out and his reason. Wow... Awesome.. Maybe I need to call better business Bureau.
