We serve those looking for a partner to turn their homes into a dream through our expertise. WLB holds a Florida contractor's license and insurance. Founded in 2001, Oscar holds Florida state certification as a contractor and engineer, while his wife Ligia works as a realtor and marketer.

Oscar completed his civil engineering degree in Colombia in 1997. He worked for two years on new construction projects in Colombia. In 1999, he came to the USA and began working as a tile installer. He began as a laborer, before focusing on interior carpentry, collaborating with developers and designers on luxury homes in Key Biscayne, Ocean Reef, and Sunny Isles in Miami. While nurturing our two girls, he got his real estate license in 2006. In 2008, we encountered bankruptcy with just $11 left due to the financial crisis. We attempted to sell various products and services, but in 2010, we chose to reopen. We recognized that transforming properties was something we truly enjoyed, prompting us to relaunch as R&R Millwork Design, now White Lion Builders Inc.. We operate as general contractors for solar and roofing.
