Established in 2001, Oscar is a certified contractor and engineer in Florida, while his wife Ligia works as a realtor and marketer.

In 1997, Oscar graduated as a civil engineer in Colombia. He spent two years developing new construction projects in Colombia. In 1999, he immigrated to the USA and began installing tile floors. He started as a helper, then specialized in interior carpentry, collaborating with developers and designers on luxury homes in Key Biscayne, Ocean Reef, and Sunny Isles in the city of Miami. During the time we raised our two daughters, he earned his real estate license in 2006. In 2008, due to the financial crisis, we faced bankruptcy with only $11 in our account. We tried selling different products and services, yet in 2010, we made the decision to restart. We understood that property transformation was fulfilling for us, prompting us to relaunch as R&R Millwork Design, now White Lion Builders Inc.. We operate as general contractors for solar and roofing.
