Founded in 2001, Oscar holds Florida state certification as a contractor and engineer, while his wife Ligia works as a realtor and marketer.

Oscar earned his civil engineering degree in Colombia in 1997. He was involved in developing construction projects in Colombia for two years. In 1999, he moved to the USA and started laying tile. Initially, he was an assistant, and later specialized in interior carpentry, working with developers and interior designers on high-end homes in Key Biscayne, Ocean Reef, and Sunny Isles in the city of Miami. While raising our two daughters, he obtained his real estate license in 2006. In 2008, we encountered bankruptcy with just $11 left due to the financial crisis. We explored selling other products and services, yet in 2010, we made the decision to restart. We understood that property transformation was fulfilling for us, so we reopened as R&R Millwork Design, now known as White Lion Builders Inc.. We operate as general contractors for solar and roofing.
