Tried to work with them but couldn't. Actual sliding doors to replace were 6' and 8' but they measured 5' and 6'....kind of off!!! Plus other problems. Too bad because I wanted to stay local and help small business.

Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work and certainly don't come back to do repairs unless you want to pay again for a job that should have been done correctly the first time. Can't stress enough to not use them.
I was later notified from the company that they did not guarantee patch work on my roof; however, this was not a patch job it was for a full tape removal on all seams and new tape installed on all seams which was part of the contract. Where the leaks are occurring are more to where their gutters and new seam tape was done by them not from the roof . Prior to their work on the replacement of the seam tape seal, I had one leak on my roof and after their repair I have 4 which shows that the leaks are not caused by my roof, but their unwillingness to stand behind their work. I spent over
$5,000 with this company and their final invoice stated a 2 year guarantee on parts and labor. I would consider installing new tape on the seams as parts and labor and they still do not stand behind that guarantee.
I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

My brand new screen room is leaking where it attaches to my house. When I reached out to Brad, he said they don't have people in my area too often (I'm in South Lakeland). It's been 2 weeks and nothing. The entire install process was the same way. I feel ripped off. Paid thousands for a leaking roof, wow!

I hired White Aluminum in Haines City through their sales person Brad. He told me ahead of time my job would not be scheduled right away due to all Irma's damage. My screen room is finished. It's beautiful. The Workman was Skilled at his job.
Update: I spoke too soon. The roof on the new porch has been leaking since install. Service came out said it was fixed over steps / no still leaking. Company says it's the roof not their job. The old game - he said /she said. Now the intimidation letters have started - you know the ones - our lawyer will be contacted. So i will pay for the leaky job, so I can sleep at night - my neighbor says he can fix it with sealer. I'm 78 and not construction savvy but I would look for another contractor if I were you.

I called and was ready to buy a pergola that day. The ""sales"" person just wanted to send me an email with a color on it rather than talk to me about buying. He never sent me the email, never called me back and I am searching for another way to buy an equinox system. After reading other reviews it seems that they do not have a good track record.

We have been waiting over two months to have the vinyl siding replaced on our carport, and they have a 50% deposit, and yet our work has not been scheduled. They are very poor in their communication when the work will get done, and delay in returning their calls. I would NOT use these folks for your home improvements, as they really don't care about their clients.

Whites was recommended by a big box store and they appeared on the EZE Breeze website with contact info. Made a trip to the store and told them what we wanted to enclose our porch. The sales people we spoke to offered to have someone come out to our home and take measurements and give quote. Said it would take a week because the person had just returned from vacation. Two weeks plus went by and I called the office the person remembered me and said that her coworker must have forgotten to put our name in the system. She said that she would have the person call us once he got out of the meeting. She told me again that the person have just gotten back from vacation and might be a bit behind.
Once again two more weeks went by and no call.
How does this place stay in business? Maybe they didn't want our business.?

Salesman Martin was great! He sold me sunroom and awnings in October 2016. Installation and other service is more than regrettable. The installer Mike came out on 3 separate days, 11 weeks after I placed order, and never worked a whole day! I was told this project would take 1 to 1.5 days. I still have an unfinished screen room. Brown screws were used on white aluminum and insufficient trim was sent to complete a corner. Now that the sliding screen doors have arrived they want to ""save manpower"" and wait to send installer out when additional awnings are delivered, despite assuring me that the screen room would be completed today.
