Excellent experience. I contacted Scott Gravley with Whitaker Roofing, and he was out that day. He had several shingle options to choose from, and provided me written estimates for all scenarios, including replacing any decking. Once I decided, I paid the initial invoice online and scheduled the date. The team arrived with everything that they needed, and ripped off/replaced the roof in one day. They cleaned up GREAT! Used a magnetic rake to find any stray nails. I paid the final invoice online and received all invoicing for my records. I very much recommend this firm!

Whitaker Roofing was the third roofing company I contacted. The other two companies were not very confident that my roof would be covered by insurance. Drew, our salesman, made no promises, but actually participated on a conference call when I filed the insurance claim. That was just the start of exceptional service. The repairs were scheduled quickly and every aspect of the process was explained in detail. Prior to move day the shingles and supplies were delivered. The company dropping it off was very professional and made sure it was staged exactly where we desired to avoid any issues with access to our garage.

Come move day, the roofers showed up as scheduled. I was not home during this part of the process as I work from home and it is a rather noisy process. I received photos throughout the day along with progress reports of the project. Drew even called me from his own wedding rehearsal to let me know they were done. My roof, which was rather large was completed in one day.

The dumpster was picked up promptly the next day. My husband and I walked around the house once we returned home and there was no visible signs on the ground that my entire roof had been replaced. No trash, old shingles, nails, etc to be found! We have since, after a rainstorm, found two nails, however as Drew explained, that could be expected.

I would highly recommend Whitaker Roofing for all your roofing needs. Hopefully you will be fortunate enough to get Drew as your salesman too!

Hi my name is Deborahj, my roof was totally replaced by Whitaker Roofing Company, on 4-4-20, and it look Amazing, the best looking roof on the block, my rep was amazing David, he really know his stuff, he wasn't pushy like so many others, he explained what he saw and would be best to fix it. I put my trust in him, he showed real integrity, I told him his parents raised him well, he definitely is a asset to the company. David was prompt and courteous and worked hard with my insurance company to get a roof replaced. I have some special features that needed more than just standard felt and shingles and David's team jumped in to make sure it was done right and would last for decades. I would recommend them for someone who wants the work done right the first time. He also came out and put a tarp on my room ASAP to prevent future damage.

The process started with a friendly knock at the door and ended with a new roof and no hidden fees, issues, or concerns. Mike came out and looked at a repair job for my roof. After days went by with no estimate, I emailed asking about it. Later Mike left a friendly message on my machine, saying he was still waiting on a price for a part (a standard pass-through piece for stove pipes for roofs, nothing that required special ordering or research) and would have an estimate for me by that night. That was a couple weeks ago. Nothing. Basically calling WRC out was a big waste of my time. Cannot recommend!

Brett Furness is a wonderful young man! I met him when he was on my neighbor's roof and he asked if I would like to have my roof checked for any damage. Of course I said yes! He did find damage and together we called my insurance company who assigns me a claim number. Within days the field adjuster and Brett were on my roof checking it out again. In 2 days I received news from my insurance company that they would cover the cost of my roof! Brett's crew dropped off all the shingles in my driveway and the next day they were here at 9 a.m. and finished my whole roof by 5:30 p.m.! I want to add that Brett answered every single text end call that I placed to him within minutes. That meant so much to me. He is very respectful of your time and does all he can to make you happy with the work they are doing on your roof. I would definitely recommend him and Whitaker roofing company to anyone who needs a new roof!

This company is undependable and could be a scam. They knocked on my door and asked if they could inspect my roof. Afterwards, they told me that I had damage and I needed to file a claim. At that time, I never filed an insurance claim , so I had a ""no claim discount"". When I filed the claim, I lost that discount. In addition, I asked for referrals from past clients. I never received them. I asked several other questions (via email). No written response was received. WRC roofing agent was supposed to meet with the inspector. The agent was a NO SHOW. The insurance company inspected my house. He found NO DAMAGE. I contacted WRC agent again, he assured me that I had damage and would come back to my house. He came back while I was at work. Afterwards, he stopped returning my calls or texts. I am sorry that I ever answered my door that day.
