I was happy with their full roof replacement for me in 2004. One leak developed recently. They don't return my phone messages or email messages. If they haven't gone out of business (summer 2022) they are doing a good imitation of being defunct.

Called this company 5 days ago. Was told a salesperson would call back within 48 hours. Did not receive a call so I called back. Was again told that a salesperson would call. It's been another 48 hours and still no call. Either they are not checking up with their salesperson or they don't want my business. If they are not interested in my business just say so up front and don't waste my time or theirs.

It's now 4.5 years later and no leaks even after that bad February - March rains we had. Would definitely work with Jesus again.

Discovered we had a leak during big rainstorm the week of December 5th. Got in contact with Wetmore via family friend recommendation a couple days later. Jesus came by within a day of calling and wound up giving us the lowest bid for the needed roof patching job (we had three other people stop by in addition to Jesus). He was very responsive through the whole process, and even managed to fit us into their schedule two days after accepting the bid. Would definitely call again for any future roof related jobs.

Contracted them to install a new roof on my mother's house. They did everything I asked except for the replacement of some facia and rafter tails. I called them back and they replaced and painted the area of facia I originally asked to have replaced and they toe nailed in a new rafter tail. There was significant termite damage to the roof structure and they replaced a lot of wood. They had some trouble finding enough and used shiplap in the back of the house. This is not ideal for a composite roof as it will settle in the small valleys where the boards come in contact. However, they did a great job otherwise. I seem to have a leak on the original job they did on my house so I'll need to call them back out. Might just need a vent cap, not sure.

Well, I called them and the office was real nice. They said they'd notify the right guy. when he never called back or showed up I called his cell and left a message. Nada. I'll call the office one more time and see if I can get an inspection. 4 stars down to 3.

I was referred to Wetmore by a friend and also saw their work on a neighbors house. However my job did not go as well. They tried to take a short cut and removed the fascia around the perimeter of my house, even cutting it in several places. They decided to remove ALL of the boards next to the fascia and replace them at a cost of $3 per linear foot times 309 feet or $927. There was damaged lumber around the downspout area which should have been replaced, maybe 20-30 feet, not 309. I had a small tree that was secured to the eaves. I came home to find the tree laying flat in my yard. I called Mr. Wetmore about the poor workmanship and he wouldn't come out to look at it. He said the guys weren't carpenters, they were roofers. I said, ""then they shouldn't be doing carpentry work on my house."" I ended up with 2""x 8"" fascia that had been cut and spliced back together leaving 1/4"" vertical gaps. Also the extra $927 for materials that weren't necessary.

I hate to see 5 star reviews and then someone comes up with 1 star and a bad experience. It doesn't seem to fit. This time I'm the one with bad news and not a very good experience...

Do not look for any more roofing contractor, these guys are professional and the best. I searched for roofing company several weeks, got three bids and the Wetmore Roofing was the best price. When I called the company for estimate, Silvestre Garcia came next day, measured the roof, took pictures and next day sent me a professional contract with all details. Once I agreed to the price they started next day, and finished the job in four days. I was so pleased with their quality of their work, the speed of their progress and did not have to tell them anything as they knew what is needed. Since I did replace the roof of my house by getting a permit, the inspector did not find anything wrong and signed the final. I am very happy with the manager Jesus, he came everyday checked the work and did not surprise me with any hidden cost. The Wetmore roofing did a great job replacing the room of our house ,me and my wife are very happy.

If you need an honest roofing company who replaces your roof at a good price, does a great job and completes the job without a hassle, then these are your guys! They came recommended to me by a neighbor, which is the reason we got a bid from them. Silvestre measured and we received a quote within 24 hrs. Workmen were excellent. Jesus checked on the job while in progress. All guys were easy to work with, kind, considerate and professional. They cleaned up the job site daily, right down to picking up stray nails. We could not be happier and the roof was tested by the latest rain.....no issues.
