Well I started contacting companies in July to come see my roof leak into my house and everyone was too busy. Some not calling back when I would contact companies. One came out and I never heard back. It was getting stressful with the fall coming I really wanted to get this taken care of.

I contacted this company last week they came by in 2 hrs to look at the damage. Luckily they had a cancellation the next day and they came over and found 2 problems that caused my leak and fixed those. Clearing 2 valley's for the price of one. They fixed cracked tile and seal my roof in-sections that were never ever done by the original roofers. Cleaning all my gutters as an extra and cleaning all the debris.
These guys were very informative about what is being done. They did exactly what I needed, professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. They were done in less than 2 hrs.
Now I can relax about the rain coming! This company also gives you a guarantee with their work and they will come back if needed. They even listen to your concerns and give you great advice! I would use Westland again. Great company!

Eric inspected? a home I wanted to purchase in Lodi. He was extremely knowledgeable? and thorough with his inspection. He explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for in specific places, and was welcoming of any and all questions I had. He also gave me a lot of tips in relation to easy fixes around the home. I highly recommend Eric, he does a superb job, does not cut corners, and you will definitely be getting your money's worth with him. He found many concerning things that led to me backing out of the sale, he saved me thousands in future fixes in the home. He will definitely give you peace of mind which goes a very long way considering all the stressors that come when purchasing a home.

Stop shopping for home and roof inspectors... This guy is the most thorough and the BEST EVER!!!
I don't usually write lengthy reviews, but I have to tell what happened. By recommendation, I had Eric inspect my new home. He was very thorough and explained everything very well in a way I could understand. He discovered some very serious defects that helped me make my decision NOT to purchase this home....A cracked foundation and a few other serious things were discovered. I am so glad I found Eric.
Then I found another home that I had Eric inspect. Again he was very thorough, and all went well. He explained everything in terms I could understand. I was able to use his findings to negotiate the sale to my advantage. I am forever grateful that I used him and his services on both the home and roof inspections. I will refer him to all my friends and family. Don't hesitate to hire Eric, you will not be disappointed. :-)

Excellent and very detailed home report. Eric spent 2 hours (minimally) testing and checking every detail, wrote up an official report (with pictures) and a website to login and access the report as needed. The completed report was professional and well laid out. His roofing knowledge was superb and saw a dangerous area which I would have never seen myself and we had it repaired right away.

Overall, this company is excellent and I'd highly recommend it.

Eric arrived on time and was the most thorough inspector we have ever met. He spent several hours inspecting our home and highlighting serious safety concerns that we were able to address immediately with his advice. He promised a report within 36 hours and we had it within 24 hours. The report is extremely detailed and very helpful to assist us in prioritizing our repairs. He spoke from experience and was honest when something was not his speciality and recommended speaking to contractors in the related field. It took numerous photos with helpful arrows to point out concerns. After the inspection we walked the entire house inside and out and he explained all the concerns so that when I got the report there would be no surprises or unanswered questions. I called Eric Westland (on the recommendation of a neighbor) to inspect my roof and diagnose two major leaks. He came promptly, took his time to look at the problem and gave me a detailed description (with pictures) of what needed to be done.
