Eric completed the pre-listing inspection on a house that we were looking at purchasing. The report was incredibly detailed and let us know exactly what we were looking at. I mean detailed like, you need to put a battery in the smoke detector detailed. We ended up purchasing the home and the report has now become our project list which I was able to make a priority list for repairs. Would 100% recommend Eric to complete a home inspection and trust that it has been done as if he was purchasing the home himself.

He came to our house to inspect two leaks. He was able to see where one of them was coming from. He could not see what was causing the second leak so he referred us to someone who can find the source of the leak. He did not charge for the inspection since he did not do the work.

Eric was very responsive when I called him. He sent a worker out to my house who was on time for the appointment. He located the suspected reason for the roof leak, took pictures of other things that needed some repair and explained what he was going to do. He was there most of the day and took pictures of the repairs he made. He cleaned up the area afterwards and was very professional. I plan to use him in the future for routine maintenance and repairs.
