Eric came out on short notice and spent 6 hours carefully inspecting an older home with me. He took care to explain anything I had questions about. He approaches his work as though he is inspecting the house for himself. He could charge double what he does and it would be a bargain for the quality he provides.

Eric did an awesome job on inspecting my new construction house. I felt that's the money well spent otherwise I would not know or notice all those things not done right. I met Eric towards the end of the inspection time frame, and he gave me a detailed walkthrough of the house pointing the imperfections. A very detailed report on issues seen on the property that helped me point out to the builder. And he will explain the details on the report, if you have any questions.

Oh and this is for a new construction house. I highly recommend him for any home inspection needs.

And yes, you need to have another set of professional eyes to inspect your house, even on new construction house.There are things that you'll miss due to excitement and we're glad that we asked Eric's services.
