If you need a thorough home inspection at a decent price, call Eric! He is one of the best home/roof inspectors. I was in contract to purchase a home with all conditions removed except for home inspection. Since I am not an inspector and this is a big investment for me, I would rather leave this job to a professional. Plus, I don't trust my own visual inspection. I called and interviewed several inspectors and finally found Eric. His price quote was inline with the market but I hired him because he can explain home inspection to me in plain English! And since the seller was anxious, I asked Eric to do the inspection as soon as possible. To make a long story short, I am so glad I hired him. The house needs much more work than I could see and going thru with the deal would cost me at least an additional $50k on top of the offer price. I realize that this is a hot real estate market, but if you are not careful, you could end up spending way much more in money and time. I cancelled the transaction with good reasons and before the deadline! Thank you Eric!

Wow. Eric exceeded our expectations and was amazing to work with throughout the whole process. From the quote, all the way to questions regarding the inspection report. Awesome communication, knowledgeable and very detailed! With everything going on, we dreaded having to deal with an inspection (for our 1 year home warranty) and were about to call it off. Originally, we had about 2-3 things on our list that we wanted the builder to repair. Thank God we contacted Eric. He and his teammate found things we wouldn't have even seen and I'm sure would've costs us thousands to have repaired. They took their time, didn't leave any mess, wore masks, booties and were just very pleasant to work with.

Also, after the inspection, Eric sends you a very detailed report with photos, etc. You can then create a list using their online software. This made it sooo much easier for me to create a repair report for our builder.

Eric came out to inspect a roof on 8/3/2020 for potential home we are looking to purchase. He gave a very thorough explanation with very clear pictures on my report. He also gave me recommendations on how to fix the problem but even more courteously, he went beyond and investigated other quotes on the repair price from other companies. Eric is the best! I highly recommend his service to anyone looking to do a roof or home inspection. He takes photo of all the flaws inside and outside the house and provides you with easy to follow instruction to compile a report for your home warranty or your home builder. We were coming up to our one year warranty for the home and needed to get everything inspected and Eric and Peter found a lot of Imperfections and items that needed to get fixed. I had our roof and home inspection combo and he's legit. Easy to schedule, easy to compile the report, and I learned so much from walking around the home with him. I have used Westland several times and each time Eric was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The first time I used Westland, I needed a roof clearance report for a refi ASAP and Eric came through with reasonable and needed repairs without draining the equity! I also used him to clean my dryer duct and he showed me before and after pics with VIDEO!
