I asked them to come out and give me an estimate to repair or replace our roof. They did come when they said they would, but I never heard back from them despite my calling them back to ask for the estimate. What a waste of time - theirs and mine.

Only got the inspection done. started off well, but got nothing but crickets the initial inspection was completed.

The Westfall rep all of a sudden just stopped responding to my messages, didn't follow through on what we agreed on as far as getting an estimate.

Needless to say, it left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to go with another contractor to do the job. So, one star just for coming out the first, only and the last time.

Very disappointed that I wasted my time setting up a time and showing Bruce my roofs I needed repaired/replaced. Was told I would get a written estimate within a short time. Nothing. And have tried reaching the company several times. Nothing. Why not a call or email yo say something? Must not want the business. So please don't give them any business.....

5 min before the appointment they call telling me they not going on the roof and they are not coming because of raining,but there was no rain,the roof was flat and I have to drive 1 hour to be there on time

Excellent customer service over the phone and the crew that work on my roof was thorough then followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was totally happy with their service.
Westfall's costs are very competitive and overall I couldn't have found a more perfect company to tear down, rebuild, and and a new roof!
Thanks Westfall and should I or any of my neighbors-friends-relatives have any future roofing needs, you're the company I will recommend and I will personally call.

Westfall Roofing was an absolute disappointment the reviews do not reflect the Integrity of the company. The workers left early and came late. They stepped on and destroyed several of my plants around my house they cut the wire for electricity in my master bedroom they took out the soffit around my house and had it thrown on the ground everywhere. It took two weeks for them to complete the job. I had to call the owner of the company in order to get the workers on task. At the end of the job an individual came to my home and wanted to charge me an additional $5,000 because they removed the soffit from the roof and wanted me to pay for the labor to reinstall it. There was a leak in my roof which caused water to come into my home. Mildew formed on my carpet. The company that was hired to clean my carpet failed to show up four times.

Westfall Roofing is overpriced and has lazy employees. Their line of communication is totally unacceptable. Buyer beware. There are better companies with less complications that can do the job. Owens Corning has other certified companies in Tampa that can do the job.

I needed to adjust a pool solar heater panels on my tile roof that was too tight to prevent a leak under it due to the obstruction of flow of rainwater.
Westfall roofing on 8/7 /18 sent (very fast) a rep that was not even interested to investigate the cause of the leak or to find a solution. He refused to go in the attic or on the roof to evaluate. He come with only one goal: to sell me a new roof telling BS about the age of the tile roof of 23y is at the end when is in fact 40/50 years. Many houses in the neighborhood have similar roofs and none of them replaced tiles since they are half replacement age by manufacturer. Also he told me misleading info that the repair cannot be done because the new code of underlayment. First no roof repair was needed-since the roof is in perfect condition(he ignored that fact) second is not true that a repair of an area of 1% of the roof surface needs to update the code for the full roof. Only if the repair is greater than 50% that rule apply. Other 2 roofers confirmed that ,so Westfall is not to be trusted, they were very aggressive verbally with me to pass the fake sale pitch-they try to scam me into believing I need a new roof . Unfortunately for them I am an architect so the scam did not worked this time but who knows how many people were scammed by them. They may do a good construction job, but the customer service ethics is deplorable. This is not a sustainable business model to get new customers.This is a common practice of this roofer reported here and hope will make them think again before scamming customers to buy a new roof when all they need is a repair.

I had a great experience with Westfall Roofing. My consultant KT Thompson has been in the business a long time, is actually a licensed insurance adjuster himself, and worked hard to get me the best possible price on a quality roof. He has a lot of experience working with insurance adjusters and can get them to follow through with covering roof damage. The workers were pleasant and finished quickly and I'm happy to say they did a fine job cleaning up afterwards. Ask for KT, he really helped me understand he entire process (and is very easy on the eyes too)!

Westfall Roofing: Not Recommended.
I hired Westfall Roofing to replace my roof.
The roof was old but did not leak before replacement.
After replacement it leaked due to improper roof install
around the chimney, as confirmed by a qualified roofing contractor.
The leaks caused extensive damage to drywall and ruined some artwork.
