I contacted Mark in June 2023 for roof maintenance (clearing off debris), drain clean out, and sealing around two skylights. The work was done as promised and for a reasonable rate. In February 2024, I had three small leaks (one from skylight) and two leaking through light fixtures. I notified Mark on February 20th and was placed on his list for repair. I didn't hear back from Mark and called on April 26, 2024. He said somehow I wasn't on his lilst but he was adding me back on. He also said it should be a couple months. I didn't hear back from Mark and called again on June 26th. He called me in early July and said that he would get to my roof by the end of the month. It is now September 9th and I'm fairly certain that Mark will not be getting back to me or taking care of my roof. This is very frustrating because his service started out so well. I just don't know why he hasn't gotten back to me :(

Mark Westfall roofing came out and serviced our three unit condo roof and did a great job. Very professional and Mark quickly returns calls, takes pictures and is very responsive to questions. We will use them again when the need arises.

I called Westfall roofing because I'd had some leaks and needed minor repairs. Mark Westfall came out, showed me the problem areas and told me that his crew could certainly do the job. He also showed me how to fix it myself if I wanted. I thought it was a great visit: he showed up on time, did what he said he would do, seemed very knowledgeable, was polite, and gave me options that I could understand without pushing for a sale. At the end of the visit he didn't want to be paid for the house call. Seems like a good guy - easy to work with. I'll be calling him whenever I need any roofing work.

Westfall roofing refused to honor a quote to reroof our community in Torrance, blaming health issues on his team, however he is still very much active on Yelp and Google. We are now stuck trying to find a new roofer, one that will actually stick to their word and committment. Beware of the low quote from this contractor as they are likely to back out on their commitment!!! Disappointing and frustrating.

I still cringe when I hear people try to refer this company. Here is the leak they patched a few years ago after taking me into buying vents for my house. I'm saving for a new roof when I needed one back then and instead they did a crappy patch job

Mark and his crew did the tile roof on our home 20 years ago. With all this rain we've had this 2023 season our fireplace had a small leak. I contacted them and said it wasn't urgent (so much flooding now) and set an appointment. They came out and checked the roof and explained what needed to be done. Excellent service then and NOW! I had a great experience with Mark Westfall roofing. From beginning to end Mark provided professional, reliable and responsive service. Mark answered my email within 24 hours and came to my home for a roof inspection within 48 hours. He quickly sent me a detailed estimate with a very reasonable price and came to my home to complete the repair within four weeks. Ronnie, his brother and foreman, arrived on time, introduced himself and explained everything they'd be doing and how long it would take. Four hours later the repair was completed and my yard left clean. Mark also stopped by to make sure I was happy with the work and to say thank you for hiring them. I wish all tradesmen were so professional and such a pleasure to work with. A+ service !!!
