All emails were answered quickly, and the installers arrived on time and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Western Sierra. My new gutters look great.

These folks are great. The bid was reasonable (the other bid I got was twice as much), they followed up on a color issue, arrived on time, were pleasant and communicative, and they were very efficient. I have already given two word-of-mouth recommendations to neighbors who saw them working.

Terrible service!! I received a quote at the end of July, the guy was extremely nice and was quick to send it over when he was done with his assessment. Made my appointment for the next available time which was almost a month later which I was okay with and everything seemed to be perfect. The day of my appointment the guys showed up to do the work and 5 minutes after they were there they told me, "" my boss will give you a call we are leaving"". I get a call and he says I will need to add 125ft of boarder from the roof and it will be about basically $1500 if we round it off so extra to the previous amount which was given to me. You can not show up the day of and be like, ""oh yeah it's going to be another $1000+ to what I told you before"". That's just bad business there!!I'm frustrated because I called off from work so I can be there and now the work is not getting done and I lost a day of work!

Sierra Western was great to work with and very professional. Response to online query for gutters was very quick via email and followed up by an in person visit the next day. Obvious that these guys have been doing gutters for a long time. I appreciated that I didn't have to replace all my gutters and only had to do a couple sections. They proved a quote quickly and then worked me into the calendar that worked best for me and the other projects I had going on. The guys showed up on time to install. Ruben the site foreman was very nice and he and the team installed the gutters super quick and were in their way. They make all their product in house and for us we got a super long seamless gutter which looks great at the front of our home.

Really appreciated the whole experience and would highly recommend working with them. My only regret is that I didn't hire them to do my roof. I wasn't aware of them when doing bids and I am sure they would have done a great job for us.

We needed to replace the trim along the roofline due to dry rot. Contractors and roofers did not want to touch this job due to our steel roof. Western Sierra not only specializes in steel roofing, they came in with the best bid. Other roofers wanted to replace the roof for three times the cost. Western Sierra was honest and said we had many more years left in our current roof. We had no trouble with the roof just the wood trim. Western Sierra's response time was excellent, they kept us informed while we sheltered in place, then got right on the job when restriction was lifted. The team of four guys was hard working, polite and professional. They took time to answer all our questions, took care of some roof maintenance things we weren't expecting and cleaned up nicely after themselves, all in two days! I highly recommend this company.

I picked this company because of the reviews to install covered gutters, very disappointed. When I made my first appointment, I stated several times that I wanted to be at my house when the job is being done. They cancelled my appointment I was ok with that about a week before they were suppose to start. When I made a new appt, again, stating I wanted to be there. My appt was at 8:00am. They arrived at 7:42 AM ( per my RING) I was not there, by the time I arrived at 8:00 there were no vehicles. I waited for 20 mins Thinking they got coffee or something. After a couple of attempts I finally got through to the main office. I was told they (3 of them) already completed the job I said, "" in 15 mins or less""? Replied ""they are quick"" I explained that it doesn't make sense no one can do a good job in 15 minutes or less and I stated that I wanted to be called when they were there and they were not suppose to start until eight. After I repeatedly said this just doesn't make sense, I didn't get anywhere with her, and really no apology. I then had a person take photos of what he could without actually getting on the roof. The photos showed gaps. After showing the photos to the owner he came out and completed the job. Because the trust was already gone at this point I had to hire a handyman to inspect which should've been done in the first place. Weeks went by before this could be accomplished due to rain and his schedule during November 2019. I was relieved when I was told no more gaps. This is exactly why I want to be there when jobs are performed. Bad enough no sincere apology, and wasn't offered a reduction from the original invoice. I wanted to give no stars but then I couldn't proceed.

Used Western Sierra to put up new downspouts after the recent strong winds which blew down one I had. After several estimates I went with WS whose pricing was middle of the road but very reasonable. They showed up on time and finished the work in 40 min. Great job... now just waiting for the rain to come.

I had a good experience with Tony and Western Sierra. I had a stone-coated metal shake roof that sustained tree damage during a large windstorm. The original installer had gone out of business and the roof manufacturer referred me to Western Sierra. Tony came out and got back to me with a quote promptly. He was able to find the exact same roofing material and assisted me in ordering some extra in case there were future repairs. He was good about scheduling around the tree trimmers and stayed in regular contact through email. When it came time for the repair, he squeezed me into his schedule even though it was a small job, and he was fair about the price. When my extra materials came in, I was about to hop in my truck to go get them, and Tony pulled up to drop them off. He had another job nearby and was thoughtful enough to throw them in his truck and drop them off. I liked the way he did business and these folks are going to be on my short-list when I finally get around to doing solar.

Tony and his team at Western Sierra are top notch. Prior to talking with Tony, my wife and I were exploring traditional shingle roofing. To our dismay, we couldn't find any shingle types or colors that stood out to us. For what we would spend it just didnt seem like we would be happy with what we would get. Additionally we wanted to somehow insulate our vaulted exposed wood ceiling roof. We were approaching a dead end.

Luckily we found Tony and Western Sierra and hit two birds with one stone! Our decra tile roof gave our home a distinguished attractive look, while also insulating our roof at an overall lower cost (no need to do a tear and haul).

Tony's team managed to schedule us in during one of the busiest times for roofers and get the job done in a matter of a few days. It was quite impressive work. We couldnt be happier with our new roof!
