I had a leak in a small patio roof that Western Roofing Systems had done. I am thinking here is a battle I will have to fight to get it fixed. Guess what? One phone call and someone was sent out in 2 days. My day was made. I think I was in a great mood all day. They also installed a steel roof on the whole house. It has been about 7 years and no other issues

I had a roof leak for over 10 years. We'd be sitting on needles whenever the storm hits, just because we didn't know which company to trust for the repair. Recently through A. J. their rep. we got to know Western Roofing that works on metal roofing like ours. The issue is how to prevent the leaks from the joint of old and new metal shakes after we had a room addition. It's Dec. 21st, 2023 today. We had a huge downpour last night. Gladly to say, no more leaks. Western Roofing was professional and experienced with metal roofing material that brought us peace of mind. We are thankful for their services, and will not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend Western and Jordan enough. They provide a stellar product, incredible customer service and responsiveness, and have hooked us up with all the additional service providers we might need. They've managed everything from roof, gutters, windows, screens, painting, garage doors, fencing, and I have total faith that they could masterfully execute any construction project.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice all the mess on my roof until I had to hire an exterminator for bees getting and rodents getting under the concrete tile on my Spanish style roof. Had caps falling off last year. Took me weeks to get them out to fix it. My exterminator was shocked at how poorly the joints and caps were done.
Update. So because of the wood not fully extend ingredients in the gap between the roof and the facia board an just an all around sloppy job we had a home for bees. Guess the bees at least kept rodents out of that part of the roof.

January 2023, a year's worth of rain in 2 weeks so, of course, a leak. Roscoe was very responsive and the roof was repaired within a matter or weeks once the weather cleared enough. We have a flat roof which not all roofers deal with. Western Roofing does the PVC membrane which is what we've had for 28 years and been very happy with. Mike was the actual roofer; he is very knowledgeable and a meticulous worker. While they were up there, they replaced the skylights and added a spark arrestor to the chimney. Very happy with their service and the new roof has already weathered a couple more rainstorms without leaking.

Approximately 12 years ago, Western Roofing Systems put a 26-gauge steel shingle roof on my home in Roseville. The roof came with a lifetime warranty against leaks and/or wind damage. During the most recent storm that pounded us this December 2022, my roof started to leak. Water was dripping into my kitchen threw the vent that is over the cooktop.

I called the company but was told that the Rancho Cordova operation was closed. A company official gave me the cell number of a senior manager - Jim Summers - in San Jose. I called the number AND wrote a message to the company via their web page regarding this issue, but nobody has responded. It's been over two weeks. Thus I paid an independent contractor to fix the leak.

I would be very careful entering into a contract with this company. Clearly they don't honor their own warranty/

Western Roofing finished our roof about a week ago and I can't tell you all the compliments we're getting.
We had a 30 year old asphalt roof over a 60 year old shake roof. With the multiple estimated Kory explained what was going to be done and the pros and cons for the different materials and then left it to us to decide. No pressure.
After getting more estimates we decided on the stone coated steel roofing.
When the crew showed up and had the old roofs taken off the first day. Then started doing repairs they checked every board and replace anything that was damaged and anything that could be seen was painted to match.
Once the new roof was finished, the crew noticed you could see sparkles from the nails so they were back up getting each dabbing each one with caulking and sand to match the rest of the roof. That attention to detail is hard to find anymore.
The only bad thing is, now I need to paint the house so it looks as good as the roof!

After many months of research on who best to install Westlake Pine-Crest as our replacement roof, we chose to go with Western Roofing Systems based in Anaheim. The people at the company with whom I worked were very professional and honored their verbal commitment to install the roof in May 2022.

The entire installation crew were very courteous, cleaned the area up each day after work and operated very efficiently on the installation, completing the roof installation as promised when I signed the contract.

We are extremely happy with the installation and the manner in which the employees of Western Roofing Systems both communicated with us and worked at our home during the entire roof installation. Thank you, Gill

We had a great experience with Todd Brugma and Western Roofing Systems reroofing our townhouses. Our HOA went out for multiple quotes and reviewed each thoroughly. We determined Western Roofing Systems gave us the best value. Todd is not pushy, nor did he push Corning Roofing (not good ratings) on us like another supplier, rather gave us high quality roofing products to choose from. Todd was very good to work with, he aligned the project to our time line; he immediately called us back to answer any questions or to follow up on the workmen. The guys cleaned up after themselves every day and the even cleaned up every unit enclosed patio. We haven't has a rain yet... so far we have been happy with the reroofing and the service provided. I would recommend Todd and Western Roofing to others.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! While installing our new solar panels serious issues with our roof were discovered and we had to immediately stop installation. We were informed we would need to replace the roof before our panels could be installed. Based on several word-of-mouth recommendations and online reviews I reached out to Western Roofing Systems. Roscoe answered my call, I explained our situation and he agreed to come to look at the roof THE SAME DAY. He got up on the roof, determined the issue, got me a quote, and miraculously squeezed me into their schedule (including a Sunday tear-off) so we could stay on track with the solar.

Roscoe, Mike, and his team were amazing from beginning to end. Within 3 days we had our roof (3 of them) removed and a new roof and gutters installed and passed inspection without issue. Solar is being installed as I write this and they have commented on how great the roof looks.

Given how busy contractors are right now I was beyond impressed and grateful I called the right company for the job! We highly recommend Western Roofing Systems!
