Non professional! Ordered our roofing supply over a month and they have no clue when it will arrive! No communication and the worker Janet is no help. Don't work with them you won't expect much

Sold me defective cedar roofing shakes. I bought several bundles of medium shakes. I bought them and their guy put them in the back of my truck. Brought them to the job side and found them to be old and the exposed surfaces on the bundles to be seriously sun damaged. Took them back and this time went with the worker to pick up the bundles. they only had three bundles that were obviously old and sun managed. I had a crew waiting and their wages running. I took what I could and went back to the job to try to make it work,

My complaint is that Western should not be selling defective shakes. These bundles should have gone into the garbage. Western cost me both time and money. I advise any contractor who deals with them to go to another supplier.

I just stop by at Western roofing supply they gave me the best price and comparing with other suppliers. They are very accommodating with delivery. And it's much faster to use them to do rooftop deliveries. I will continue using them because they have done me good in the past. Thank you for your service.

Looking for rolls of reflective barrier -- these guys didn't have it but
they took time to figure out who might (Economy Lumber) and sent me there.
Gotta love customer service -- I'll be back.

My dad brought me to Western Roofing Supply over the X-Mas holiday. As we worked on my roof the entire holiday, this was the place we needed to be to grab our supplies. They had everything we needed from A to Z to repair a section of the roof.

They were able to match my roof tile pattern but the material was different. I've leaned that it is best to match the existing roof tile pattern, but may be difficult to match both pattern and material if your roof is older.

The service was very friendly at Western Roofing Supply and I had a great time working with them. I guess the only thing that would have made it better was a lower price. Oh well, I guess you can't ask for everything.
