The estimate was fair. I paid my deposit to have the work completed. I have been calling the company for 3 weeks to schedule a date/time for the roofers to come out to complete the work.

Great service. Their estimate was reasonable for our reroof. They replaced our old roof with GAF cool roof shingles. The house is cooler inside now.
Everyone from the company was super professional. The office folks were super responsive. The roofers were quick and efficient.
The friendly job foreman kept his workers and our safety in mind. The big boss made a trip out to check on the quality.
We're very pleased and totally recommend Western.

Nothing worse than having your roof leak! Found Western Pacific to be very responsive. Two guys came out, wore masks, were very polite and professional. Finished the job and conducted a water test to insure no more leaks. They cleaned up the job and made sure we were completely satisfied. Will refer them to my friends and family!

Western Pacific Roofing is great. 2 men came out to give me a quote. Then I received a call from the office and an email with details and a price. I had 4 other quotes and met with 4 other people. Western Pacific Roofing had the best quote and attitude of them all. 4 men came out to do the roof, said 2 days it took 3. I had underlying issues after the tile was lifted with my roof. Ramon, the foreman was very gracious and professional through out the job. His assistants were Omar, Carlos and Fredrick, all did amazing work and follow through. I would definitely refer them! I took a picture when they were trying to figure out an issue with my roof. The results were perfect.

Dishonest company. Stated that they did work that was not done. Pictures they sent with the invoice showed the work was not done. The techs were here for less than 20 minutes and they charged us $210.00. We were not told there was a service fee. Spoke with the company and they were not flexible at all regarding the fee. Find another company to work with.

So, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to roof two houses in less than 1 year... These guys were awesome for both jobs. Lowest price and easiest to deal with than any of the other estimates I got. Half of what one crazy contractor quoted me!
Everything was done on time and cleaned up afterwards.

I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to give myself time to be more objective and less reacting to my experience with them. I was seeking a roofer, most did not even return my call, or were all over the board on pricing. Western appeared in my Google search and seemed ok per most reviews I read. What I experienced was far from anything pleasant!
I was provided a quote, and after accepting it I never heard from them again. I took in the deposit and all signed contracts. Everytime I called to check on getting on their schedule I was told no one was available to talk to me and the receptionist could not find my file. On my last try a month and a half after giving the deposit, I reached someone beyond the receptionist. He too could not find my file. I told him the name on my documents for the Western employee handling the file. Low and behold that person was absent also. He explained they would not be able to even consider doing my job for at least another 2 months. I was promised a call back later that day, they never called. 3 days later I went to their office to find someone to give me answers. I was met by a receptionist who could not find my file. The alleged name on my contract was not available, and no one else was available to speak with. I told her to cancel the order and refund the deposit. She refused and told me no one was there to talk to. After telling her I was not leaving until I spoke to someone, she found someone. A very gruff woman came out and arguably spoke to me. It took another 45 minutes for her to return with a check to replace my deposit check, after telling me no one was available to write the check. During that time the receptionist started bickering with me and sat at her desk glaring at me. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour was experienced by myself from this company. Their practices are appalling and I highly recommend you move on in your search for a roofer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Western Pacific Roofing company repaired the roof on the house I bought. The roof (they repaired) continued to leak. When I called wester pacific roofing about the 1 year warranty they offer on their repairs they informed me that the warranty is no longer valid because the warranty is under the previous owners name.
I have never heard of a company that voids a warranty for their work because of a change in property ownership.
There are many other great roofers in the antelope valley, do not use western pacific.

Both I and my husband are architects. We love and trust this roof company. It is the best roof company for cool roof. Carlos and his crew are very professional. They did the perfect job.
