We had Westco replace the roof on our home in 2005. They did a great job. This past month, when the heavy rains hit, we noticed that the flat part of our roof had water collecting and dripping through the overhang onto our porch. I called Westco and Mike Lee responded within the day and was out at hour home the next day. He evaluated our roof and sent out a crew within the week to create a new drain hole to prevent standing water. They did not charge us a single penny for this service. I was so impressed that I'm having the company do an estimate for new gutters at another house. Thank you Westco for excellent work and fabulous customer service. Nice to know both still exist!!!

WestCo Roofing damaged my property when their dump truck drove into a brick planter in front of my house and they got black tire marks all over the sidewalk. No problem - as long as they make it right in some way. But they don't. Carlos Cano, the project manager fails to do the things he said he was going to do. Nelsa in the office is pleasant but more interested in saying why they can't do things then actually trying to get them done. Still trying to get a hold of Mike Lee (the owner?) but Nelsa won't put me through. Nelsa said to put it in writing so here it is - please fix the damage you caused _when_ you said you would and if you can't then reimburse me for paying someone who can do it.

If you want unreliable people who damage your property then WestCo Roofing is the company for you!

They don't really even deserve that much....
This company completely sucks! They didn't call me with a rain cancellation so I had no idea they weren't coming. I even took the day off work! When I was contacted by the guy who was supposed to come for the consultation, he rescheduled for me. Fine. But the day of, he didn't show and when I called wondering where he was, he sounded like he had no idea what I was talking about. Are these people complete morons or just don't know how to do simple tasks like enter an appointment into a phone? Awful experience.

I was in a pinch. It was raining inside my bedroom with no end in sight. The weather reports called for days and days of more rain. Every roofer I called was booked out or couldn't help me.

Fortunately, Westco roofing came to my rescue! They were here the next day and fixed my leaky skylight. I'm so thankful! They saved the day

Westco did a fantastic job our our roof. They did very high quality work, on schedule and with no issues. Further, they were very responsive to our requests for mid-stream changes, including the pattern of the plywood sheeting and details of the flashing that were necessary for our 1885 victorian.

I would, and will, use them again, without hesitation.

Really great experience replacing my roof with WestCo Roofing and the manager Carlos Cano.

Carlos and his WestCo crew was recommended by a neighbor who is a general contractor, and I'm really happy we went with them.

The price was reasonable and they dealt with all the weirdness from our 1920s house roof like replacing extensive gutters and fixing the stucco when they re-did some sloppy flashing repairs from a previous owner. Roofers come and go, so it also matters that WestCo has been around a long time and likely will be around to actually service their warranty if there are any problems.

They put plastic in the attic to keep things tidy, vacuumed everything and Carlos came by regularly to inspect and make sure were were happy.
