Responded quickly. Repaired roof. I will verify with a new reply after the next rainfall to verify if the leak was fixed.
I called Westbank Roofing to see if they could repair a part of my roof that was damaged by a clogged down spout. They came right out and gave me an estimate and then did the repairs just a few days later. They even resealed the part of the gutter that came apart. I was so appreciative that they could fit me in on short notice. They were very professional and kept me informed the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Westbank Roofing was hired to rebuild our house after the flood in 2016. Caught employee on the job in a lie regarding materials installed when all he had to do was admit the mistake. This was the only time I got a decent response from the contractor/owner. Afterward, the contractor/owner refused to do the work as we had discussed. They refused to return calls, emails, and texts from either homeowner. The contractor and workers would disappear for weeks on end. When they did show up it was for a mere two or maybe three hours of work, then they'd disappear again for days and weeks with no word of when they'd return. The work they did attempt was second rate at best. Paint cracking peeling from walls and ceiling due to massive overspray/application. Doors that won't close properly because they were installed crooked or incorrectly. Doors that were WAY too small for the doorways they were installed in, which were only being held up by the trim to cover up the fact that they were too small as well as improperly installed. Refuses to replace defective hardware that was sold to us after promising to do so. Just another contractor that runs in after natural distaster thinking they were ""extreme makeover: home edition"", taking the homeowners money and running, leaving me to do his job. I would have refrained from an online review if he would have just held to his word of replacing the defective exterior door knob that he had sold and installed, but he even refused to do that. I guess that's my fault for trusting a roofer's word that he would successfully rebuild the house.
On a personal level, what bothers me the most is how the contractor/owner proclaimed to be a a big churchgoing, Christian person. Church this, religious retreat that.
Maybe instead of waving his closed bible around, he should open his bible and read Leviticus 25:14 and especially Proverbs 11:1, because he sure doesn't read his texts or emails.
