I had seven windows and siding put on the front of my house. After the crew finished the job, I delayed releasing the payment from the loan company. I assumed the owner would come and inspect the job. I waited and eventually got a message asking when I was going to authorize the payment. I replied that I was hesitant to do so because there were several things that needed to be done and the quality of the work was questionable. I reluctantly authorized the payment and never heard from them again. They never inquired as to what my concerns were. I just let it go. Recently, I noticed that two of the windows were leaking. The water damage had been hidden from my view by curtains. I called W.T.E. and they said they would have someone come out and look at it in days to months, they were very busy. Besides the water damage there were several things that were just not done well that I am not going to list because this review is long enough. I am extremely disappointed. I'm trying to be restrained but I'm really not happy right now. I spent all that money that I really don't have for a subpar job at best. W.T.E. seems to have good reviews and the owner said he wanted to do the job right, I guess I'm the unlucky one. I think the problem was the crew he contracted with. To end on a positive note, I did get a new shower different installer that I was 100% satisfied with.
