They showed up when they said they were going to. Got the job done in one day. Cleaned up the mess and the roof looks great. Very professional and extremely polite. Would recommend.

If we good give him negative stars we would. He was paid almost double the deposit prior to completion and then asked for the balance prior to repair the inside damage. He never came or called when he said he would. After we refused to pay him until work was completed, he began harassing multiple members of our family with threats.

We've now had another roofer out and learned that he did not do what he was supposed to. My roof is going to have to be redone. We are taking him to court. Save yourself the trouble. I'm attaching some of the pictures where work was not done correctly and my ""brand new"" is not protecting my home.

Had a leaky roof. Set an appointment. They were a total no show. No call. Not answering my calls either.

Not sure how this guy gets any work, he promotes himself, will talk on the phone, he might show up after you call him a couple of times and of course he prefers texting. He finally shows up and promotes making claims on my insurance company or he would give me an estimate over email. I texted my email, never heard from him again. My opinion is if you have to beg them to come over and return your calls/emails.. after several times, uh... look elsewhere.

The guy initially showed up for the estimate. A week later he showed up to meet with the insurance adjuster to see if the roof would be covered by insurance. I thought it might work out but I haven't heard anything from him since September 7th. I still haven't gotten the estimate either.

West Roofing and home repairs did an amazing job on our full roof replacement here in Lilburn. At first we were kind of skeptical but Mr. West, Ronnie, made sure that he was there with us from the start to the finish. From meeting our insurance adjuster to helping his own crew clean up,working side-by-side with them the entire way. Even with all of the really bad storms that we've been having here recently, Mr. West even gave us a courtesy call to make sure there was no leaks with the roof. Everything has been perfect and I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who wants the job done right.
