We are on a time crunch and will lose our insurance due to roof age. We hired West Orange Roofing to inspect our roof. They charged us $500 for the inspection. Reputable companies in the are are charging $75 for the same inspection. We reached out to them and were ignored. Thanks for taking advantage of us!

I called and requested a re-roof estimate. They were quick to take down my information and assign a sales/roof estimator. The person, Billy, missed the original appointment time and called me five minutes after missing it to tell me he was running behind and that he'd be at my place in 45 minutes - how unprofessional. What made it even more unprofessional was that it took him about 1.5 hours to actually show up. Upon showing up, he got his ladder and went up on the roof for some measurements - literally about five minutes up there. Went back to his truck to draft everything up - took about 10 minutes. He handed me a brochure with the shingles and actually asked for it back.
What a joke of a company.

I gave this company 5 stars for speed and what appeared to be a great job. ""Appearances"" are deceiving.
When my roof was installed 2018, I asked that grates be placed over the vents to prevent critter entry (the original vents were grated)
I asked when the new roof was done if the grates were installed and was assured they had been. I gladly paid the bill. Fast forward 2022, squirrels are getting in...why?
I contacted another company and found out NOT ONLY were the vents NOT grated they weren't screwed down or sealed properly. The new roofer provided me with the photo evidence and I had them make the corrections.
West Orange Roofer was fast but...unfortunately, they didn't do a great job with detais or do everything I asked and the workers lied about doing it.

From the time Tim came out and gave us the estimate. Until the work was completed it was a very smooth process.
The crew showed up Thursday 10/22/20 at 7:00 am. Started working in the dark. The crew worked their butts off all day long. Roof looks fantastic, work site was cleaned up. We recommend West Orange Roofing for your roofing needs.

We got an estimate to do our roof. Signed the estimate paper and paper to have insurance company pay them. We changed our mind about company that we will not be moving forward with them and they started threatening us. their rep 0DIS said that he's going to tie us up in court till we drop dead. Then Brianna and Kim the office managers said the same thing that you can't go with anyone else and that you will do the roof with them or they're going to tie us up in court they have a whole team of lawyers. And then the owner Bobby called me and said the same thing threatened us. We do not feel safe having them come on our property ever again I would definitely reassess using them if you're looking for a roofing company their bullies!! Threats and bullies!

West Orange Roofing to replace my roof in 2011. The work seemed great, but we picked up roof nails for the next year. They also ordered the wrong size skylight so the workers made one to fit from the old one. The flashing is black, but the vents are brown. Bobby said they would be back to paint the skylight, but as if 2019, were still waiting.
When it came time to pay, I was asked to make out 2 checks; one to the company, and one to the roofers, which seemed shady.
The job came with a 10-yr warranty, which was great. In 2015 we had a bad leak by the chimney which damaged the drywall pretty bad. I called several times before Bobby returned my call. They finally came out to fix the leak.
Now it's 2019, and the same leak and stain came back. I called Bobby 2 times, Aug 26 and Aug 28 and as of today, Sept 13, have had no response, even though the roof is still under the 10-yr warranty.
Because it is hurricane season we didn't want to have further damage, do we contacted Schick Roofing. They came out the next day and the repairs were done within 2 weeks. There was even a hole in the skylight which we didn't know. So our 10-yr warranty from West Orange Roofing ended up costing $2,500: but its repaired correctly.
Needless to say, I would not recommend West Orange Roofing to anyone. Their work ethics, lack of response etc. is totally unacceptable.
