Do not hire this company for any of your upgrades in your home! They will not honor any warranty on their jobs. I supposedly have life time warranty. My windows were only 7 yrs old and are now all started leaking. They told me I had to maintain them and seal them myself. I've never of anyone having to seal windows every year to make sure that their windows don't leak . The damage that the leaks have now caused to the walls around my window. My insurance won't cover because it was caused from windows that were not properly installed. They did not bother to even try to come out because they said it was too far, instead they had me send them pictures and even they still told me they would not fix the problem and the owner specified that I can sue him if want. Horrible customer service. Do not hire them or you will regret it once you start having issues with their installations!!

This company had excellent customer service, My heating and air system needed full replacement. They showed up on time and exercised patience with me. I had a lot of questions because I never had my heat or air not working. My system was very old and so kept getting it repaired. It was time to replace and West Coast Home improves went beyond the call of duty. I recommend them for your HVAC needed

Which I'm sure was annoying at times since I am very peculiar when it comes to every detail. They managed to get it done and give me exactly what I asked for. With the extreme heat these past months we were looking for energy efficient solution and their Cool Wall was just what we needed. The whole process was so easy and we are saving already. West coast windows did my insulation for my home. The guys were here on time and got right on working. They were subcontracted out and I was told when we hired this company they didn't use subcontractors, but not big deal to me. They were able to color match my home almost perfectly. All in all everything went great.

This company continues to harass and call me nearly every single day, for months. And then when I answer they lie and say they've never called, I have a phone log. LEAVE ME ALONE. If someone doesn't call you back, stop calling them.

I have waited at home canceling activities with my family because your dispatch keeps setting appointments with me and nobody shows up this is the second time I've waited .
This is unprofessional and unacceptable shows what type of integrity your company has .
You guys called me I wasn't looking for windows. You talked me into it and never showed up.

They call like every other day and are pushy...they wanted my social security
number and my credit card and everything else..identity fraud is what they up too

If I could give your customer service a ZERO, I would. My mother received a missed phone call from this location, so she decided to call back to see who it was. A customer service agent answered and since my mother does not speak English she asked if they speak Spanish to be able to get information on why she received a phone call, the agent responded to her do you speak English and hung up on her face. I was next to her when this occurred, so I dialed back the same rude agent answered the call I let her know what happen and she rudely responded it wasn't her although I clearly recognized her voice. She claimed she does not make outgoing calls and only answers them which makes it even more clear that it was her because we returned the phone call not received one. I let her know she had poor customer service and was extremely rude I asked for supervisor, and she let me know he would be returning at 6pm and they close at 8pm. She continued to be extremely rude, she stated her name was ""Marcy"" and the supervisor was ""Carlos."" This company should really consider who they have answering their phones and representing their company's customer service because it is the customers that keep you company afloat. Poor customer service turns customers away. I would NEVER recommend this company with such rude customer service to anyone this says a lot about your company.
