This company continues to harass and call me nearly every single day, for months. And then when I answer they lie and say they've never called, I have a phone log. LEAVE ME ALONE. If someone doesn't call you back, stop calling them.

I have waited at home canceling activities with my family because your dispatch keeps setting appointments with me and nobody shows up this is the second time I've waited .
This is unprofessional and unacceptable shows what type of integrity your company has .

If I could give your customer service a ZERO, I would. My mother received a missed phone call from this location, so she decided to call back to see who it was. A customer service agent answered and since my mother does not speak English she asked if they speak Spanish to be able to get information on why she received a phone call, the agent responded to her do you speak English and hung up on her face. I was next to her when this occurred, so I dialed back the same rude agent answered the call I let her know what happen and she rudely responded it wasn't her although I clearly recognized her voice. She claimed she does not make outgoing calls and only answers them which makes it even more clear that it was her because we returned the phone call not received one. I let her know she had poor customer service and was extremely rude I asked for supervisor, and she let me know he would be returning at 6pm and they close at 8pm. She continued to be extremely rude, she stated her name was ""Marcy"" and the supervisor was ""Carlos."" This company should really consider who they have answering their phones and representing their company's customer service because it is the customers that keep you company afloat. Poor customer service turns customers away. I would NEVER recommend this company with such rude customer service to anyone this says a lot about your company.

If I could give negative stars on this review, I would. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. Joe Vernon and WCWHI are a horrible company to deal with. Once you sign a contract with WCWHI they DO NOT care what happens to you as the consumer. It's their agenda from that point on. Joe will put you on his timeline. Your needs do not matter. They will sell you a dream, but end up or worst nightmare!!!!!

They will contract out all the various jobs and do not check on the work. We never walked the property once with a foreman through the entire process. They will take no responsibility for the damage but instead blame the uneducated homeowners. With every contractor they used they damaged our property or didn't install something correctly.

They will reach by phone stating they will be in the area. Offering energy efficient products that qualify for energy efficient rebates, grants, or incentives. The salesman spent 4 hours at my house lying to us. The salesman will also be adamant about you signing the day of because they do not want you to have time to back out. They will also ask you to sign a part of the contract that states you will not use the 3 day back out period that California law allows. DO NOT DO THAT! If they were legit or about the consumer they would not ask you to do this. They will use whatever wording they can to get in the door. Its a lie!

WCWHI was hired to replace the roof and put up gutters. They will charge for wood replacement for the roof before even knowing if wood needs to be replaced. From my research if you need wood replacement you most likely will need a permit. Permits were never discussed, because we believe they were never planning on replacing the wood. They don't tell you this because they bank on not having to replace wood only charge you for it.

The worst part of this is their contractors damaged my porch and didn't tell us. This structure could have fell on me or one of my family members. Thankfully that didn't happen but we had to tear it down once we realized it was ready to fall. We have camera's all over our property, so when we reviewed the footage we saw what happen. The workers shifted off all the debris from the roof over the porch into a bin. This weight was extremely heavy and even though my porch was older it was stable. This is something i think a foreman would have caught. Once we reviewed the footage we sent it to Joe and he stated their not responsible because the porch was not up to code. However, they stripped it and were going to cover it with new shingles even though it was not up to code. They didn't bother mentioning that during the quote process and measuring. We believe they prey on new homeowners or anyone who are not educated in this field.

They offer a 50 year warranty, however will not provide the full disclosure warranty as the company should. We received a yellow carbon paper that states 50 year warranty.
It does not tell you how to access the warranty, where or who and whats covered. This carbon copy wont even be legible in 10 years.
So many things went wrong and in hindsight I feel fooled and taken advantage of. I hope this helps the next customer.
If your having any similar issues. I would suggest file a complaint with the contractors state licensing board and BBB.

Im very disappointed with the quality of work and the customer service. I had my patio done by them and the concrete is cracking a lot and its not properly flattened or even. The middle part the the patio feels like there is a lump. Ive been trying to get a of hold of someone to get this looked at and have left messages for a call back. Til this day I have not received a call back. Im very disappointed with the quality of work for the price I paid.

Got a call from this company, they knew my name, asked how I was doing and then said goodbye and hung up, this must be some kind of fishing scam, I find it hard to believe this is a legitimate company.

Replaced roof plus did extra work included in quote.Removed swamp cooler and repaired fascia board. Showed up on time. Masks worn. Kept us updated on progress. Work done ahead of schedule. Lance was very accommodating. Did great job! Very happy with results!

They keep asking for a family member (unsure why they have this number) and have the nerve to try to pitch me anyways and ask where I live, etc.

These business practices are so shady, what scum
