Went though all the 5 star review and got estimates for a new roof and cutters, Adam the owner is very Knowledgeable and the price was Reasonable. We had three skylight and he recommended were to order and even offered to place order for us. One of our skylights was a custom made and they were able to make the flashing guard for us at no charge. They went over an beyond and there crew was amazing made sure the area was cleaned up when they left each day. If you need to get your roof done call them you will not be disappointed.
Also we need to replace a board on the side of our front overhang, they didn't just replaced but also painted it white for us.

We used to have a composite tile roof with an old James Hardi Slate product. It was cracking and very brittle. In fact, the company had a class action lawsuit settled, so were able to get some cash back for the damage. But we wanted to replace the roof before any leaks happened this rainy season. We knew virtually nothing about roofing and started to get quotes. The first few vendors were very high priced and pushy. We got referred to West Coast Roofing from a realtor friend late in our process and I'm glad we did. We met with Adam Coronado and were really happy with his low pressure style of educating us on our options. He helped us to narrow down our choice of a Presidential TL shingle. They added OSB boards, cleaned up some areas of wood rot, added a gutter to a small section, and upgraded our attic insulation. And all that for a price that was several thousand less for the same work from other quotes. Adam and his team were very professional, and did their best to keep the area clean every day. Adam even installed some new skylights to replace our old bubble skylights - this required some custom fixturing which he did at a very reasonable price.

In total the roofing job took about a week and the skylights a few extra days. Very good work considering COVID times for scheduling. I would highly recommend you include West Coast Roofing in your quoting process.

I needed to re-roof my house and considered several companies before finally going with Adam and West Coast Roofing Systems. The experience was pleasant from beginning to end and the results were a beautiful and high quality roof!

After I requested a quote on Yelp, Adam responded and we met the same week to look at my old roof in person. He was very helpful in pointing out potential issues with my pitch, gutters, and soffit vents without any sales pressure. I also appreciated his honesty as we chatted about the trade-offs between different ventilation options. Later he sent me a detailed email quote itemizing all the options/alternatives we had covered. Adam was very patient through my followup questions and made it clear that every option and the schedule was my decision.

The work started right on schedule, and the team had already removed my old roof and hauled it away by the first day. Adam showed me the dry rot they had discovered and gave a very reasonable quote to repair it, assuring me that they wouldn't make any changes unless I agreed. Over the next few days, he kept me up to date on progress and a slight delay while also helping me with decisions I hadn't yet finalized like shingle and gutter colors and ventilation options. West Coast Roofing Systems was able to deliver even though I made those decisions last minute :)

After a little more than four days, the team had finished my new roof, gutters, and ventilation and cleaned up the whole work area. It's all very well done, the colors are just right, and I've already started noticing my attic and garage stay cooler throughout the day. Adam and his team are the best around!! They are very professional and do high quality work at a reasonable price. We are so happy with our beautiful new roof and gutters. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and patiently worked with us as to answer our questions and help us figure out the scope of the work to be done. We ended up also having the attic cleaned along with sealing off openings and installing new vents to end the terrible rodent problem. He is also flexible - he used the plywood we wanted instead of OSB. The bid was competitive and the work was done in a matter of days. We are completely happy and wouldn't hesitate to work with West Coast Roofing Systems for all our future roofing needs!

Our new (to us) house had leaking issues with the low-pitch attic-less roof last winter as well as a lot of radiated heat from the black tar and gravel surface that caused the temperatures inside to be extreme last summer since there is no A/C. We decided to replace the roof and Adam at West Coast Roofing came in with a great proposal and price. He recommended a 20-year ""TPO"" roof with foam insulation that would eliminate leaks as well as reflect sunlight to reduce the heat load on the roof in summer. He accomplished the job in just over a week. Being an old house there were issues with the ceiling material having been water-damaged over the years but Adam was able to be as gentle as possible to avoid damaging too many panels and he replaced the ceiling panels that were damaged when removing the roof. We are now enjoying a house (still with no A/C) that is much cooler and more comfortable to live in this summer. During the cold days we experienced last spring, we noticed the furnace was not on nearly as often so the added insulation has helped that way as well. We are very pleased with Adam's professionalism and the high quality of work he did. Highly recommend!

We were having a pest problem because there wasn't any plywood under the original concrete tile roof on our house, and rodents were getting into the attic. The tile was over 40 years old, so we decided to do a re-roof. I reached out to 4 different roofers for estimates, including West Coast Roofing. While Adam's bid was very competitive, I chose him because he was extremely professional, patient, and thorough during our first meeting - answering all of my questions and offering some additional ideas around rodent proofing our roof.

During the project itself, Adam was very easy to get a hold of via text, phone or email. He made sure to communicate any changes to the timeline to ensure it was the least disruptive to our family. His crew was also awesome, and it showed with the final outcome. They took their time - paying very close attention to every detail (even adding mortar to the caps to make sure there weren't any openings).

I'm very happy with the work West Coast Roofing has done, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional roofer who can do high quality work, at a reasonable price.

From the first meeting to get the quote Adam was helpful and easy to work with. He gave us quotes for several different shingle options so we could decide what we wanted. When we weren't sure on color, Adam brought by samples so we could choose. Adam was extremely responsive over email which made everything go much smoother.

During the work, he sent daily updates with photos of the work the team was doing. He kept us informed of any changes in schedule and sent pictures of the dry rot sections we needed to replace.

The price we got from Adam seemed very fair. It was lower or competitive with the other offers we received.

Overall, it was great working with West Coast Roofing. Adam was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

These guys did a great job patching up a leak in my roof at a great cost. So good, in fact, I rehired them to do preventative maintenance on the roof and replace some wood trim. I got a quote from some other companies and when I told them West Coast's prices they told me to hire West Coast before even writing up their quote.
