My name is Nancy Guenther I am the Board President for our community called Dolly Bay in Palm Harbor, I had West Coast Roofing give me a quote to repair one of our buildings that needed new roofing along with wood repair, I was in communication at all times with the Owner James Borst, I was very impressed with all of the work they did, they kept me in the loop about everything that they were doing, let me know when the inspector would be there and came in at a lower price than originally quoted. Run don't walk away from this company.
We spent 38,000 for a new roof that leaked like a water fall inside.
After a few lame attempts to repair the roof the owner Jim Borst said it's not their fault and said they were not coming out again.
We hired a real professional who was shocked by the grossly negligent work West Coast roofing preformed.
I have a 21-page report with photos that I would be glad to share with anyone that emails me.

One of the issues was they never peeled the backing off of the peel-and-stick underlayment material (it's peel and stick for crying out loud) we also found clumps of concrete with nails as big as my fist under it and that's just a few of the infractions.
I just don't want anyone else to go through the hell that we did with this incompetent company.
