We just had our 20+ year roof completely redone and Mike and company were terrific! They got the permits and kept us up to date on inspections and how the work was going. We had a rain delay the first day, but it was complete in about a week!!! Local company and they really seem to care about what they are doing. Great job!!!

We reached out to Mike from West Coast Precision roofing to do an overall roof inspection on a place we had just purchased. We knew the roof needed work to begin with; he came out and gave us two options at two different price points. We ended up going with a full roof replacement at the end of the day but really appreciated the fact that he gave us multiple options, his thoroughness, candor, and professionalism. The job was completed quickly and within our tight timeline prior to us moving in (despite a 1.5 day delay due to a freak rainstorm). I requested a quote online for a complete roof replacement. Mike came out within a few days and provided an estimate of the work needed. He was thorough and looked at parts of the roof that other companies did not. His estimate was fair, not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. However, we were impressed by the time that he took with the estimate and the level of detail that was included.
Scheduling the roof was easy to do after choosing the color. The entire project took about a week and we are very pleased with the result. The team was efficient and the work executed on time as promised. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and polite.

2019 had one of the worst rainstorms in CA history. Two parts of my roof were leaking due to previous contractor's improper repair. I was panicking calling every roofer on Yelp to fix it. However, as one could image, all the good ones were booked up for weeks due to the rain.

To my surprise, Mike's team was able to squeeze me in between the raining days and fixed the worst of the two leaks in a day. Their team removed the roof tiles and showed me where the previous contractor did wrong (bad to no caulking around the corners) and fixed the problem. It rained the next day, and no leak! That's the only proof I need! It rained couple more times since and the inside of the house stayed dry. The team came back when it stopped raining and fixed the other leak for me.

One surprising thing was that after the job is done, they actually took out a giant magnet to pick up all the loose nails & screws lying around the job site. My previous contractors never did that, Mike's team actually picked up their screws and nails as well.

I am an engineer by trained, so I really appreciated them showing me where the problems were instead of the usual ""trust-me"" from other contractors.

Rebecca the office manager kept me informed on the schedule and availability of the crew, thank you for that as well.

Overall, Mike's team is prompt, professional and good at their work. I'm glad I went with them!

Having worked for a contractor for years while I was in college and graduate school, I can spot a professional contractor in 5 mins, as well as one to stay away from. Owning several single family homes and apartment buildings for the past 20 years and hiring more contractors that I can remember, I can very very confidently tell you that Mike is the best roofer in Los Angeles County. The materials and work was superior to his peers and the pricing is very fair and in keeping with his competitors. But the best thing is the piece of mind that his work is going to last.
