We specialize in re-roofing for businesses. From time to time, we take on new construction work. Yet, our main strength is in the re-roofing market. In the Naples region, we handle a few residential roofing projects. Our clients include condominium board members, managers of commercial plazas, and general contractors seeking subcontractors. We also specialize in ornamental metals. If you dream it, we can fabricate it.

Here are some milestones from our 30+ years of experience:
* 1987-Moved to a bigger location on Taylor Road.
* 1989-Commenced commercial roofing operations in the area.
* 1990-Introduced waterproofing and construction services.
* 1995-Transitioned to a more expansive facility in North Naples.
* 1996-Introduced steel truss design, fabrication, and installation.
* 1997-Began serving clients statewide in Florida.
* 1999-Named Associate of the Year by the Building Managers International organization.
* 2000-Transitioned to our present, more spacious facility.
* 2001-Introduced custom sheet metal fabrication and cladding.
* 2003-Recognized as Subcontractor of the Year by Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction, Inc.
* 2004-Introduced paver and plaza deck installations.
* 2008-Opened Collier County Roofing as a sister company.
* 2009-Served as President of SWFRCA.
* 2010-Endured the most challenging economic downturn in recent American history!
* 2012-Launched the Concrete Injection Systems division!
* 2014-Founded the Ornamental Aluminum division!

Scott Otey has been part of our team since 1990. In his 20+ years at West Coast, he has participated in every aspect of sales and management. Currently, as partner and Vice President, he oversees business and financial matters while also handling marketing and acting as a corporate cheerleader.
