We specialize in re-roofing for businesses. We sometimes venture into new construction. Nonetheless, we excel in the re-roofing industry. Our residential roofing work in Naples is minimal. We serve condo association members, managers of commercial plazas, and general contractors seeking subcontractors. Our ornamental metals division is another key focus. * 1987-Moved to a bigger location on Taylor Road.
* 1989-Began offering commercial roofing locally.
* 1990-Introduced waterproofing and construction services.
* 1995-Transitioned to a more expansive facility in North Naples.
* 1996-Started designing, fabricating, and installing steel trusses.
* 1997-Started working across the whole state of Florida.
* 1999-Honored as Associate of the Year by Building Managers International.
* 2000-Relocated to our current, even larger facility.
* 2001-Began offering custom sheet metal fabrications and cladding.
* 2003-Recognized as Subcontractor of the Year by Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction, Inc.
* 2004-Began the installation of pavers and plaza decks.
* 2008-Launched Collier County Roofing as a sister company.
* 2009-Selected as President of SWFRCA.
* 2010-Navigated through the most significant economic downturn in recent American history!
* 2012-Started the Concrete Injection Systems division!
* 2014-Started the Ornamental Aluminum division!

Scott Otey joined our organization in 1990. In his 20+ years at West Coast, he has participated in every aspect of sales and management. Now, as partner and Vice President, his responsibilities range from business and financial oversight to marketing and serving as a corporate advocate.
