We specialize in re-roofing for businesses. Occasionally, we engage in new construction projects. However, our primary focus is on the re-roofing sector. Our residential roofing work in Naples is minimal. We serve condominium board members, commercial plaza managers, and general contractors in need of subs. Our ornamental metals division is another key focus. If you can envision it, we can create it.

Here are highlights from over 30 years of service:
* 1987-Relocated to a larger facility on Taylor Road.
* 1989-Started local commercial roofing services.
* 1990-Introduced waterproofing and construction services.
* 1995-Transitioned to a more expansive facility in North Naples.
* 1996-Introduced steel truss design, fabrication, and installation.
* 1997-Began serving clients statewide in Florida.
* 1999-Named Associate of the Year by the Building Managers International organization.
* 2000-Relocated to our current, even larger facility.
* 2001-Started custom sheet metal fabrication and cladding services.
* 2003-Recognized as Subcontractor of the Year by Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction, Inc.
* 2004-Began the installation of pavers and plaza decks.
* 2008-Established Collier County Roofing as a sister company.
* 2009-Served as President of SWFRCA.
* 2010-Endured the most challenging economic downturn in recent American history!
* 2012-Established the Concrete Injection Systems division!
* 2014-Introduced the Ornamental Aluminum division!

Scott Otey joined our organization in 1990. With over 20 years at West Coast, he has engaged in all facets of sales and management. Currently, as partner and Vice President, he oversees business and financial matters while also handling marketing and acting as a corporate cheerleader.
